| 1请你们向上主赞颂，因为他是美善宽仁，他的仁慈永远常存。 | 1Alleluia! Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, his loving kindness endures forever. |
| 2愿以色列家赞美说：他的仁慈永远常存。 | 2Let Israel say, "His loving kindness endures forever." |
| 3愿亚郎的家赞美说：他的仁慈永远常存。 | 3Let the house of Aaron say, "His loving kindness endures forever." |
| 4愿敬畏主者赞美说：他的仁慈永远常存。 | 4Let those who fear the Lord say, "His loving kindness endures forever." |
| 5我在急难中呼求上主，他即垂允我，将我救出。 | 5In anguish I cried to the Lord; he answered by setting me free. |
| 6上主偕同我，我不怕什么，世人对待我，究竟能如何？ | 6With the Lord beside me I need not fear. What can humans do to me? |
| 7上主偕同我，作我的助佑，我必看见我的仇人受辱。 | 7The Lord is with me, ready to help; I can look in triumph upon my enemies. |
| 8投奔到上主的怀抱，远远胜过信赖同伙。 | 8It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in the help of humans. |
| 9投奔到上主的怀抱，远远胜过信赖官僚。 | 9It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in the might of princes. |
| 10万民虽然齐来将我围困，奉上主名我将他们灭尽。 | 10All the nations surrounded me; in the name of the Lord I crushed them. |
| 11他们从各处来将我围困，奉上主名我将他们灭尽。 | 11They surrounded me on every side; in the name of the Lord I crushed them. |
| 12虽然如同黄蜂将我围困，又好像烈火把荆棘烧焚，奉上主名我将他们灭尽。 | 12Like swarms of bees they encircled me; but like burning thorns they died down; in the name of the Lord I crushed them. |
| 13人虽推撞我，叫我跌倒，然而上主却扶持了我。 | 13I was pushed hard and about to fall, but the Lord came to my help. |
| 14上主是我的力量与勇敢，他也始终作了我的救援。 | 14The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. |
| 15在义人居住的帐幕中，响起了胜利的欢呼声：上主的右手大显威能， | 15Joyful shouts of victory are heard in the tents of the just: "The right hand of the Lord strikes mightily, |
| 16上主的右手将我举擎，上主的右手大显威能。 | 16the right hand of the Lord is lifted high, the right hand of the Lord strikes mightily!" |
| 17我不至于死，必要生存，我要宣扬上主的工程。 | 17I shall not die, but live to proclaim what the Lord has done. |
| 18上主惩罚我虽严厉非常，但却没有把我交于死亡。 | 18The Lord has stricken me severely, but he has saved me from death. |
| 19请给我敞开正义的门，我要进去向上主谢恩； | 19Open to me the gates of the Just, and let me enter to give thanks. |
| 20正义的门就是上主的门，惟独义人才能进入此门。 | 20"This is the Lord's gate, through which the upright enter." |
| 21我感谢你，因为你应允了我，你也将你的救恩赐给了我。 | 21I thank you for having answered me, for having rescued me. |
| 22匠人弃而不用的废石，反而成了屋角的基石； | 22The stone rejected by the builders has become the keystone. |
| 23那是上主的所行所为，在我们眼中神妙莫测。 | 23This was the Lord's doing and we marvel at it. |
| 24这是上主所安排的一天，我们应该为此鼓舞喜欢。 | 24This is the day the Lord has made; so let us rejoice and be glad. |
| 25上主！我们求你救助，上主！我们求你赐福。 | 25Save us, O Lord, deliver us, O Lord! |
| 26奉上主之名而来的应该受赞颂，我们要由上主的殿内祝福你们。 | 26Blessed is he who comes in the Lord's name! We bless you from the house of the Lord. |
| 27天主是上主，他给我们光明；隆重列队向祭坛角前进行。 | 27The Lord is God; may his light shine upon us. With branches, join in procession up to the horns of the altar. |
| 28你是我的天主，我感谢你，我的天主，我高声颂扬你。 | 28You are my God, and I give you thanks. You are my God, and I give you praise. |
| 29请你们向上主赞颂，因为他是美善宽仁，他的仁慈永远常存。 | 29Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his steadfast love endures forever! |
