| 1品行完备而遵行上主法律的，像这样的人才算是真有福的。 | 1Blessed are they whose ways are upright, who follow the law of the Lord. |
| 2遵守上主诫命全心寻求他的，像这样的人才算是真有福的。 | 2Blessed are they who treasure his word and seek him with all their heart. |
| 3他们总不为非作恶，只按他的道路生活。 | 3They do no wrong; they walk in his ways. |
| 4你颁发了你的命令，叫他们严格去遵行。 | 4You have laid down precepts to be obeyed. |
| 5愿我的行径坚定，为遵守你的章程！ | 5O, that my ways were steadfast in observing your statutes! |
| 6我若重视你的每条诫律，我就绝对不会蒙羞受辱。 | 6Then I would not be put to disgrace, having paid attention to all your decrees. |
| 7我一学习你正义的判词，就以至诚的心灵颂谢你。 | 7I will praise you with an upright spirit when I learn your just precepts by heart. |
| 8我要遵守你的规矩，不要将我完全弃去！ | 8I mean to observe your commandments. O, never abandon me. |
| 9青年怎样才能守身如玉？那就只有遵从你的言语。 | 9How can young people remain pure? By living according to your word. |
| 10我要用我整个的心寻觅你，不要让我错行了你的谕旨！ | 10I seek you with my whole heart; let me not stray from your commands. |
| 11我将你的话藏在我的心里，免得我去犯罪而获罪于你。 | 11In my heart I have kept your word, that I may not sin against my Lord. |
| 12上主，你理应受赞颂，教训我守你的诫命。 | 12Praise to you, O Lord; instruct me in your statutes, |
| 13你口所授的一切法度，我要以我的唇舌叙述。 | 13that with my lips I may declare all your spoken decrees. |
| 14我喜爱你约法的道路，就如喜爱一切的财富。 | 14I delight in following your laws, more so than in all riches. |
| 15我要默想你的法度，也要沉思你的道路。 | 15I will meditate on your precepts and concentrate on your ways. |
| 16我以你的章程作喜欢，我永不忘却你的圣言。 | 16In your laws I will rejoice and will not neglect your words. |
| 17请恩待你的仆人我得以生存，这样使我能够服从你的纶音。 | 17Be kind to your servant, that I may live to follow your word. |
| 18求你开明我的眼睛，透视你法律的奇能。 | 18Open my eyes that I may see the marvelous truths in your law. |
| 19我原是寄居尘世的旅客，不要向我隐瞒你的规则。 | 19Do not hide your commandments from me, a wanderer on earth. |
| 20我因常常渴慕你的谕令，我的灵魂便为此而成病。 | 20My soul is consumed with desire for your ordinances at all times. |
| 21你已经怒责了骄傲横蛮的人，背弃你诫命的，是可咒诅的人。 | 21You reprove the accursed ones who stray arrogantly from your commands. |
| 22请除去我所受的凌辱与轻谩，因为我已经遵守了你的规范。 | 22Remove from me their scorn and contempt, since I have followed your precepts. |
| 23判官虽为反对我而开庭，你仆人仍默思你的章程。 | 23Although princes conspire against me, your servant will observe your decrees. |
| 24因为你的诫命是我的欢喜，你的典章是我的谋士。 | 24Your laws are my delight, my counselors who uphold me. |
| 25我的灵魂虽已辗转于灰尘，求你照你的诺言使我生存。 | 25In the dust I lie prostrate; lift me up, as promised by your word. |
| 26我陈明我的行径，你便垂听了我，今再恳求你用你的章程教训我； | 26When I explained my ways, you responded; instruct me then in your precepts. |
| 27请指给我你约法的路径，我要沉思你的奇妙工程。 | 27Explain to me all your ordinances, and I will meditate on your wondrous deeds. |
| 28我的灵魂因忧伤而滴滴流泪，请照你的诺言使我奋昂兴起。 | 28My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word. |
| 29求你不要使我走错误的道路，求你恩赐我常遵守你的法度。 | 29Keep me away from deceitful paths; be gracious and teach me your law. |
| 30我选定了真理的途径，我矢志服从你的谕令。 | 30I have chosen the way of truth; I have set my heart upon your laws. |
| 31我时常依恋着你的法度，上主，不要叫我蒙受羞辱。 | 31Since I cling to your decrees, O Lord, save me from disgrace. |
| 32我必奔赴你诫命的路程，因为你舒展了我的心灵。 | 32I will run in the way of your commands, for you have freed my heart. |
| 33上主，给我指出你章程的道路，我要一直到死仔仔细细遵守。 | 33Explain to me, O Lord, your commandments, and I will be ever faithful to them. |
| 34求你教训我遵守你的法律，我要以整个心灵持守不逾。 | 34Give me understanding, that I may observe your law with all my heart. |
| 35求你引导我走你诫命的捷径，因为这条捷径使我非常高兴。 | 35Guide me in obeying your instructions, for my pleasure lies in them. |
| 36使我的心倾慕你的律例，不要让我的心贪财好利。 | 36Incline my heart to follow your will and not my own selfish desire. |
| 37求你转回我的眼目免看虚荣，求你按着你的道路赐我生命。 | 37Turn my eyes away from vanities and direct them to your life-giving word. |
| 38求你向你的仆人实践你的预许，即你向敬畏你的人所许的赐与。 | 38Fulfill your promise to your servant, so that others may revere you. |
| 39求你除去我所怕的羞耻，因为你的约法甚是甘饴。 | 39Ward off the reproach I fear, for your law is good. |
| 40看，我如何渴慕你的规约，按照你的正义，赐我生活。 | 40Oh, how I long for your precepts! Renew my life in your righteousness. |
| 41上主，愿你的仁慈和救恩，照你的诺言，降临于我身！ | 41Give me your unfailing love, O Lord, your salvation as you have promised. |
| 42对凌辱我的人，我有所答辩，因为我全寄望于你的圣言。 | 42Strengthened by my trust in your word, I can answer my enemy's reproach. |
| 43不要由我口撤去真理的训言，因我一心一意渴望你的判断。 | 43Take not the word of truth from my mouth, for I would also lose my hope in your word. |
| 44我要常常遵守你的法典，时时不断，一直要到永远。 | 44May I always keep your word for ever and ever; |
| 45我要行走平坦宽阔的途径，因为我常常追求你的诫命。 | 45I shall walk in freedom, having sought out your laws. |
| 46我要传述你的规律，在列王前也不畏惧。 | 46I will proclaim your word before kings, and I will not be confused or ashamed. |
| 47我非常喜悦你的规诫，因为我对此有所钟爱。 | 47For I delight in your word, which I fear. |
| 48我向你的诫命举起我的手，对你的一切章程沉思不休。 | 48I will lift up my hands to you, and meditate on your commandments. |
| 49求你莫把你给你仆人的诺言遗忘，因为你在这诺言里赐给了我希望。 | 49Remember your word to your servant, your word which has given me hope. |
| 50在我的忧苦中，这是我的安慰，因为你的圣言，赐给了我生气。 | 50My consolation in suffering is this: that your promise renews my life. |
| 51骄傲人虽加给我极度的侮辱，但我却没有偏离过你的法律。 | 51Although the arrogant mock me without end, I faithfully cling to your word. |
| 52我一思念到你永恒的断定，上主，我是多么安慰而高兴。 | 52When I remember your ordinances of old, I find comfort in them, O Lord. |
| 53为了背弃你法律的罪人，我不知不觉地怒火焚心。 | 53I feel indignant at the wicked who have forsaken your law. |
| 54在我这客居不定的寓所，你的法令成了我的诗歌。 | 54Your decrees are the theme of my song, in this my place of exile. |
| 55上主，夜间我想起你的圣名，我就决意要遵守你的法令。 | 55Each night I call on your name, O Lord, and renew my vow to keep your word. |
| 56我之所以如此这般，因我守了你的法范。 | 56This has been my practice; I have kept your precepts. |
| 57上主，我说：我的福分，就是遵守你的教训。 | 57You are my portion, O Lord; I have promised to obey your word. |
| 58我全心仰望着你的容貌，求你按你的诺言怜悯我。 | 58With all my heart I have sought your face; be gracious to me according to your promise. |
| 59我一默想到我所走的道路，就把我的脚转向你的法度。 | 59I have considered my ways and have turned my steps to your paths. |
| 60爽爽快快，毫不踌躇，我常遵守你的规矩。 | 60I hasten and no longer delay in keeping your commands. |
| 61恶人的绳索虽将我缠起，我却未将你的法律忘记。 | 61The wicked have me trapped in their snares, but I have not forgotten your laws. |
| 62为了你正义的判语，我半夜起身赞美你。 | 62At midnight I rise to praise you for the justice of your ordinances. |
| 63我常同敬畏你的人为友，与遵守你诫命的人为侣。 | 63I am an ally for those who fear you, for those who keep your precepts. |
| 64上主，你的慈爱充满大地，求你教我遵守你的律例。 | 64The earth is full of your love, O Lord! Teach me your decrees. |
| 65上主，你依照你的言词，善待了你的仆役。 | 65You have been good to your servant, Lord, in accordance with your words. |
| 66求你以知识和聪慧教训我，因为我一心信赖你的诫条。 | 66Give me knowledge and good judgment for I trust in your commands. |
| 67我在受苦以前，徘徊歧途，但我现今顺从你的训语。 | 67Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I obey your word. |
| 68你是慈善的，好施仁惠，求给我教授你的规矩。 | 68You are good, and your works are good; teach me your decrees. |
| 69骄傲人捏造谎言陷害我，但我全心遵守你的规约。 | 69I am slandered by the arrogant, but I keep your precepts within my heart. |
| 70他们的心迟钝如蒙脂肪，然而我却欢喜你的典章。 | 70Their hearts have become dull, but I delight in your laws. |
| 71为叫我能学习你的法度，受苦遭难于我确有好处。 | 71It is good for me to have been afflicted, for I have deeply learned your statutes. |
| 72你口中的法律对我的利益，连千万的金银也不能相比。 | 72Your law is more precious to me than heaps of silver and gold. |
| 73你的双手创造了我，形成了我，求你赐我智力，为学你的诫条。 | 73Give me insight to know your commands, since I have been formed by your hands. |
| 74敬畏你的人，见我就喜欢，因为我常仰望你的圣言。 | 74Those who fear you will be glad, seeing that I hope in your word. |
| 75上主，我知道你的审判是公正无私的，你叫我遭受磨难是理所当然的。 | 75I know, O Lord, that your laws are just, and there is justice in my affliction. |
| 76照你给你仆人的许诺，按你的仁慈来安慰我。 | 76Comfort me then with your unfailing love, as you promised your servant. |
| 77愿你的仁爱临于我，使我生活，因为你的法律就是我的喜乐。 | 77Let your mercy come to give me life, for your law is my delight. |
| 78愿无端难为我的骄傲人蒙羞！但是我要默想沉思你的法律。 | 78Humble the arrogant who oppress me as I meditate on your precepts. |
| 79愿那些敬畏你的人归向我，愿关心你法律的人依附我！ | 79Let those who fear you turn to me, they will understand your statutes. |
| 80愿我全心遵守你的法典，这样我便不致自觉羞赧。 | 80May my heart be blameless in your decrees, that I may not be ashamed. |
| 81我灵渴慕你的救援而衰弱，我热切地盼望着你的许诺。 | 81My soul longs for your protection; your word is my hope of salvation. |
| 82我对你的诺言望眼欲穿，究竟你何时才赐我慰安？ | 82I have kept watch for your promise. "When will you comfort me?" I ask. |
| 83我虽然相似烟熏的皮囊，我仍然不忘却你的典章。 | 83I have become as dry as a wineskin, yet I have not forgotten your statutes. |
| 84你仆人的岁月还能有多久﹖你何时处罚迫害我的恶徒？ | 84How long must your servant endure? When will you judge my persecutors? |
| 85不按你法律生活的骄傲人，暗中给我挖掘了陷阱深坑。 | 85The arrogant have dug pitfalls for me in defiance of your law. |
| 86你所有的一切诫命全是真道；他们无理迫害我，求你协助我。 | 86Your law indeed is trustworthy, when they persecute me, help me. |
| 87他们几乎将我由地上灭绝，但我却没有背弃你的规诫。 | 87They have almost put an end to me on earth, and yet I have not forsaken your precepts. |
| 88求你按照你的仁慈使我生活，这样我必遵守你口中的条约。 | 88In your kindness give me life, that I may keep your commands. |
| 89上主，你的圣言，存留永远，它坚固而不移，好似苍天。 | 89O Lord, your word stands forever, firmly fixed in the heavens. |
| 90你所有的忠诚，代代流传，你所造的大地，屹立不变。 | 90Your faithfulness lasts throughout the ages - as long as the earth you created. |
| 91天地时常遵守你的旨意，因为万物都是你的仆役。 | 91Your ordinances last to this day for all things are made to serve you. |
| 92我如果不喜爱你的法令，我早已在我苦患中丧命。 | 92If your law had not been my pleasure, I would have perished in affliction. |
| 93我永不忘却你的法令，因为你借此赐我生命。 | 93Never will I forget your precepts, for with them you give me life. |
| 94我全属于你，求你救拔我，因为我寻求了你的法约。 | 94Save me for I am yours, since I seek your statutes. |
| 95恶人窥视我，想把我杀害，然而我仍细想你的规诫。 | 95The wicked lie in wait to destroy me, but I look to your word for salvation. |
| 96我看任何齐全都有界限，惟你的诫命却广阔无边。 | 96I saw that all perfection is limited but your command is boundless. |
| 97上主，我是多么爱慕你的法律，它是我终日对你默想的题目。 | 97How I love your law, meditating on it all day! |
| 98你的诫命永远存于我心，它使我比我的敌仇聪明。 | 98Your command - mine forever - has made me wiser than my enemy. |
| 99我比我所有的教师更聪明，因为我常在默想你的法令。 | 99I have more insight than my teachers for I meditate on your decrees. |
| 100我比年老的人更智慧，因为我恪守你的律例。 | 100I have more understanding than the elders for I abide by your precepts. |
| 101我使我的脚回避一切恶路，为叫我能够遵守你的言语。 | 101I turn my feet from evil paths, that I may keep step with your word. |
| 102我不偏离你的约法，因为是你教训了我。 | 102I have not departed from your decrees for you yourself have instructed me. |
| 103你的教言对我上颚多么甘美！在我的口中比蜂蜜更要甘美！ | 103How sweet are your promises to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! |
| 104由你的诫命，我获得了聪明，因我憎恶一切欺诈的途径。 | 104Your precepts have given me knowledge, and I hate all that is false. |
| 105你的语言是我步履前的灵灯，是我路途上的光明。 | 105Your word is a lamp to my feet, a light for my path. |
| 106我今起誓，我并决定，坚守你正义的谕令。 | 106I have taken an oath to keep your just commands. |
| 107上主，我已经受苦很重，照你的诺言，保我生命。 | 107I have suffered much, O Lord; renew my life according to your word. |
| 108上主，请悦纳我口中的祭献，请你教训我明白你的审断。 | 108Accept my offerings of praise, O Lord, and teach me your decrees. |
| 109我的性命虽常处于危险，但我仍不忘记你的法典。 | 109I am ready to sacrifice my life for your Law that is always in my heart. |
| 110恶人虽然给我设下陷阱，我仍然不偏离你的章程。 | 110Though the wicked have laid a snare for me, I do not stray from your precepts. |
| 111你的诫命永做我的家产，因为这是我心中的喜欢。 | 111Your statutes are my heritage forever, they are the joy of my heart. |
| 112我要倾心遵守你的法典，千秋万世，一直要到永远。 | 112From age to age, I am determined to fulfill your decrees until the end. |
| 113我很恼恨心怀二意的人，对你的法律，我喜爱万分。 | 113I detest double-dealing people, but I treasure your law. |
| 114你是我的庇护我的盾牌，因此我惟你的圣言是赖。 | 114You are my shield, my refuge; my hope is in your word. |
| 115作恶的人，你们应离我远去！因我要遵守我上主的法度。 | 115Leave me, you evildoers; let me keep the commandments of my God. |
| 116照你的诺言，扶持我的生命，不要让我的希望成为泡影。 | 116May your promise uphold me that I may live; let me not hope in vain. |
| 117求你扶持我得蒙拯救，能时常留意你的制度。 | 117Support me and I shall be safe, and faithfully keep your decrees. |
| 118凡背离你法令的，你都鄙弃，因为他们的思念全是诈欺。 | 118You spurn all who stray from your decrees, for vain is their deceit. |
| 119地上的恶人你都看作渣滓，因此我非常喜爱你的法制。 | 119You discard all the wicked as dross; that is why I love your statutes. |
| 120我的肉身因敬畏你而战栗，对你的谕令我也知所敬畏。 | 120My flesh trembles in fear of you; I stand in awe before your laws. |
| 121我行了正义及合法的事情，别把我交于压迫我的坏人。 | 121I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors. |
| 122求你保证你仆人的安全，不要让骄傲人将我磨难。 | 122Guarantee the well-being of your servant; let not the arrogant oppress me. |
| 123对你的救助和你正义的诺言，我热切渴盼得已经望眼欲穿。 | 123I strain my eyes searching your saving help, watching for the fulfillment of your just promise. |
| 124求你照你的仁慈恩待你的仆人，也求你教训我能明白你的章程。 | 124Treat your servant with compassion, and instruct me in your decrees. |
| 125我是你的仆人，求赐我明达，为使我能够通晓你的约法。 | 125Give me knowledge; I am your servant who desires to understand your statutes. |
| 126现今是上主行动的时候，因他们违犯了你的法度。 | 126It is time for you, O Lord, to act, for they have broken your law. |
| 127所以我爱慕你的诫律，远胜各种黄金和宝玉。 | 127I love your commandments more than gold - the finest gold. |
| 128我尊重你的一切诫命，憎恶所有的欺诈途径。 | 128Because my steps are guided by your precepts, I hate all false ways. |
| 129你的约法诚然是美妙神奇，因此我的灵魂要遵守不离。 | 129Wonderful are your decrees; my soul cannot but keep them. |
| 130你的言语经过解释必会发亮光照，连知识浅薄的人也可以通达知晓。 | 130As your words unfold, light is shed, and the simple-hearted understand. |
| 131我张开我的口嗟叹唏嘘，因为我极渴慕你的诫律。 | 131I gasp in ardent yearning for your commandments that I love. |
| 132求你回身向我，给我垂怜，如素常对待爱你名者然。 | 132Turn to me then and be gracious as to those who love your name. |
| 133引导我的脚步履行你的训诰，不要允许任何邪恶来主宰我。 | 133You promised to direct my steps; free my path from evil. |
| 134求你救我摆脱人的欺压，为使我能遵守你的律法。 | 134Rescue me from human oppression, and help me keep your precepts. |
| 135求你给你的仆人显示你的慈颜，同时也求你给我教导你的规范。 | 135Favor me with your smile and teach me your statutes. |
| 136我的眼泪滴滴下流有如溪水，因为他们全不遵守你的法规。 | 136My eyes shed streams of tears for those who disobey your law. |
| 137上主你原是公义的，你的判决是正直的。 | 137O Lord, you are just, and your judgments right. |
| 138你以正义和至诚，立定了你的诫命。 | 138You have pronounced your decrees in justice and faithfulness. |
| 139我的热火快要将我消耗殆尽，因为我的敌人忘了你的圣训。 | 139I burn with zeal, seeing how my foes ignore your words. |
| 140你的教言经过千捶百炼，你的仆人对它爱不知倦。 | 140Your promises have been tested; therefore our servants love them. |
| 141我虽然年纪幼小，被人轻看，可是我总不忘却你的法范。 | 141Though I am lowly and despised, I do not forget your precepts. |
| 142你的正义永远公正，你的法律永远坚定。 | 142Your justice is eternal and your Law is true. |
| 143困苦和压迫虽然来临我身，但你的诫命仍是我的欢欣。 | 143In calamity and in anguish, your ordinances are my delight. |
| 144你的约法，永远公允，赐我智慧，使我生存。 | 144Your statutes are just forever; give me understanding, that I may live. |
| 145我全心呼号，并求你俯听，上主，我要遵守你的法令。 | 145I call with all my heart; answer me, O Lord: help me keep your statutes. |
| 146我呼号你，求你救护，我必遵守你的法度。 | 146I call upon you, save me and I will do your will. |
| 147天还未亮，我就起来求助，极热切地期待你的训语， | 147Before dawn I rise and cry for help; all my hope is in your word. |
| 148夜里每更我都睁着眼睛，全是为了默想你的圣训。 | 148I lie awake through the night to ponder on your promises. |
| 149上主，请照你的仁慈俯听我的呼声，上主，请按你的正义使我得以重生。 | 149Hear my voice, in your unfailing love; in your justice, O Lord, preserve my life. |
| 150非法迫害我的人已临近，他们都远离了你的法令。 | 150My persecutors close in with evil intent; they are far from your Law. |
| 151上主，愿你时常与我亲近，你一切的诫命全属忠信。 | 151But you, O Lord, are near, and all your commandments are true. |
| 152我早已由你的约法得知：那都是你从永远所定立。 | 152Long have I known that your decrees were founded to last forever. |
| 153求你垂视我的苦难而救拔我，因为我总没有忘记你的法约。 | 153Look upon my suffering and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your Law. |
| 154求你辩护我的案件而拯救我，并请依照你的诺言，使我生活。 | 154Plead my cause and redeem me; and, as you promised, give me life. |
| 155恨不得救恩远远离开恶徒，因为他们不理睬你的法度。 | 155Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek your statutes. |
| 156上主，你的仁爱何其广阔，按照你的谕旨，赐我生活。 | 156Great is your compassion, O Lord; renew my life according to your word. |
| 157迫害与磨难我的人确实众多，然而我却不会偏离你的法约。 | 157Many foes persecute me, but I have not turned away from your law. |
| 158奸党恶辈我一看见就会生厌，因为他们都不遵守你的规范。 | 158I look upon the faithless with loathing, because they do not obey your ruling. |
| 159上主，请你看我如何爱你的训令，上主，照你的仁慈保全我的生命。 | 159See how I love your precepts; give me life, O Lord, in your kindness. |
| 160你圣言的总纲确是真实无欺，你正义的一切判断永远不移。 | 160The essence of your word is truth, everlasting are your just ordinances. |
| 161王侯虽然无缘无故加我苦难，我的心灵仍旧敬畏你的教言。 | 161Rulers persecute me for no cause, yet my heart stands in awe of your words. |
| 162我对你的诺言实在欢喜若狂，像得到许多胜利品的人一样。 | 162Your word filled me with joy: I found there great riches. |
| 163奸诈邪恶是我所恨所憎的，你的法令是我所喜所爱的。 | 163I hate and abhor falsehood, but I love your law. |
| 164为了你那正义的判词，我一日要赞美你七次。 | 164Seven times a day I praise you for your just ordinances. |
| 165爱慕你法律的必饱享平安，没有一点失足跌倒的危险。 | 165Lovers of your Law have found great peace; nothing can make them stumble, not even distress. |
| 166上主，我期待你的助佑，上主，我遵守你的法度。 | 166O Lord, I wait for your salvation, and I keep your commands in faith. |
| 167我的灵魂恪守你的规诫，因为我对规诫十分喜爱。 | 167My soul clings to your words for I truly cherish them. |
| 168我必要遵守你的规诫和劝言，因我的一切道路在你的面前。 | 168I obey your precepts and your decrees; my ways are always before you. |
| 169上主，愿我的呼声上达于你，求你照你的约言使我明理。 | 169Let my cry come to you, O Lord; give me understanding according to your word. |
| 170愿我的祈求到达你的面前，求你照你的诺言救我脱险。 | 170May my prayer come before you; rescue me as you have promised. |
| 171愿我的双唇涌溢赞美的歌曲！因为你给我教授了你的法律。 | 171Let my lips overflow with praise, for you teach me your decrees. |
| 172愿我的舌头歌咏你的训令！因你的一切诫命尽属公正。 | 172Let my tongue sing of your good news, for all you say is true. |
| 173愿你伸出你的手救助我！因为我拣选了你的法约。 | 173Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts. |
| 174上主，我渴望你的救援，你的法律是我的喜欢。 | 174I long for your salvation, O Lord; I delight in your law. |
| 175愿我的灵魂活着赞美你，愿你的断语将我来支持！ | 175Long may I live to sing your praise, may your ordinances always be my help! |
