| 2我的救助来自上主，他创造了天地宇宙。 | 2My help comes from the Lord, maker of heaven and earth. |
| 3他决不让你的脚滑倒；保护你的也决不睡觉。 | 3Will he not let your foot slip, the one watching over you? Will he not slumber? |
| 4看，那保护以色列者，不打盹也不会睡着。 | 4No, the guardian of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps. |
| 5上主站在你的右边，作你的护卫和保安。 | 5The Lord is your guardian, the Lord is at your side and you in his shade; |
| 6白天太阳必不伤你，黑夜月亮也不害你。 | 6Sunstroke will not be for you by day, nor the spell of the moon by night. |
| 7上主保护你于任何灾患，上主保护你的心灵平安。 | 7The Lord guards you from every evil; he will protect your life. |
| 8上主保护你出外，保护你回来，从现在起一直到永远的世代。 | 8The Lord watches over your coming and going both now and forever. |
