| 1登圣殿歌。上主，我由深渊向你呼号， | 1Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord, |
| 2我主，求你俯听我的呼号，求你侧耳俯听我的哀祷！ | 2O Lord, hear my voice! Let your ears pay attention to the voice of my supplication. |
| 3上主，你若细察我的罪辜，我主，有谁还能站立得住？ | 3If you should mark our evil, O Lord, who could stand? |
| 4可是，你以宽恕为怀，令人对你起敬起爱。 | 4But with you is forgiveness, and for that you are revered. |
| 5我仰赖上主，我灵期待他的圣言； | 5I waited for the Lord, my soul waits, and I put my hope in his word. |
| 6我灵等候我主，切于更夫的待旦。 | 6My soul expects the Lord more than watchmen the dawn. |
| 7请以色列仰赖上主，应切于更夫待旦，因为上主富于仁慈，他必定慷慨救援。 | 7O Israel, hope in the Lord, for with him is unfailing love and with him full deliverance. |
| 8他必要拯救以色列人，脱离一切所有的罪根。 | 8He will deliver Israel from all its sins. |
