| 1亚肋路亚！上主的众仆请赞颂，请赞颂上主的圣名！ | 1Alleluia! Praise the name of the Lord. O servants of the Lord, |
| 2你们服役于上主圣殿的，你们侍立在我主前庭的， | 2praise him, you who serve in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God. |
| 3请赞颂上主，因为上主是美善的，歌咏他的名，因他的名是甘甜的。 | 3Praise the Lord, for he is good, praise his name, for it is beautiful; |
| 4雅各伯原是上主为自己所选，以色列永远作他自己的家产。 | 4for the Lord has chosen Jacob as his own, Israel as his possession. |
| 5我确切知道，上主伟大无比！我们的主宰，超越所有神祇！ | 5I know that the Lord is great, that our Lord is above all gods. |
| 6上天下地，海洋深渊的任何化工，上主只要愿意，无一不由他造成。 | 6Whatever the Lord pleases, he does - in heaven and on earth, in the seas and in their depths. |
| 7他使云彩由地极现露，他使电光闪烁而成雨，他使清风从宝库发出。 | 7He raises clouds from the ends of the earth; he hurls down lightning with the rain; and from his vaults he lets loose the wind. |
| 8他将埃及的人和牲畜，凡首生者都一起杀戮。 | 8It was he who killed the firstborn in Egypt, both people and beasts. |
| 9埃及！他在你内行了奇蹟异能，惩罚了法郎和他的万众臣民。 | 9It was he who worked signs and wonders in your land, O Egypt, against Pharaoh and all his officers. |
| 10他击败了列国的万民，他杀死了强盛的国君： | 10He destroyed mighty nations and slew powerful kings - |
| 11阿摩黎王息红、巴商王敖格，以及客纳罕地的王侯官吏。 | 11Sihon, king of the Amorites, Og, king of Bashan, all the kings of Canaan. |
| 12他将他们的土地变作产业，赐给了自己的人民以色列。 | 12He gave their land as an inheritance to Israel, his people. |
| 13上主，你的圣名千秋留存，上主，你的记念。万世常新。 | 13Your name, O Lord, will endure forever; your renown, O Lord, throughout the ages. |
| 14因为上主护卫自己的百姓，对自己的仆人们表示怜悯。 | 14For the Lord vindicates his people and shows mercy to his servants. |
| 15异民的偶像，无非金银，只是人手中的制造品： | 15The nations' idols are but gold and silver, the work of human hands. |
| 16偶像有口，而不能言，偶像有眼，而不能看， | 16They have mouths that cannot speak, eyes that cannot see, |
| 17有耳，而听不见，有鼻，而无气喘。 | 17ears that cannot hear; neither is there breath in their mouths. |
| 18铸造偶像的人，将与偶像同亡，凡信赖偶像的人，也将是一样。 | 18Their makers will be like them, so will all who trust in them. |
| 19以色列家族，请赞颂上主！亚郎家族，也请赞颂上主！ | 19Bless the Lord, house of Israel; bless the Lord, house of Aaron; |
| 20肋未家族，也请赞颂上主！敬畏上主的人，赞颂上主！ | 20bless the Lord, house of Levi; bless the Lord, all you who fear him. |
| 21住在耶路撒冷的大君，愿他由熙雍承受赞颂！ | 21Blessed be the Lord from Zion, he who dwells in Jerusalem. |
