| 1达味诗歌。上主是我的牧者，我实在一无所缺。 | 1The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. |
| 2他使我卧在青绿的草场，又领我走近幽静的水旁， | 2He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside the still waters, |
| 3还使我的心灵得到舒畅。他为了自己名号的原由，领我踏上了正义的坦途。 | 3he restores my soul. He guides me through the right paths for his name's sake. |
| 4纵使我应走过阴森的幽谷，我不怕凶险，因你与我同在。你的牧杖和短棒，是我的安慰舒畅。 | 4Although I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for you are beside me: your rod and your staff comfort me. |
| 5在我对头面前，你为我摆设了筵席；在我的头上傅油，使我的杯爵满溢。 | 5You spread a table before me in the presence of my foes. You anoint my head with oil; my cup is overflowing. |
| 6在我一生岁月里，幸福与慈爱常随不离；我将住在上主的殿里，直至悠远的时日。 | 6Goodness and kindness will follow me all the days of my life, I shall dwell in the house of the Lord as long as I live. |
