| 1达味作。上主，我在向你呼号；我的磐石，不要置若罔闻；你若对我沉默不语，我便无异向阴府里沉沦。 | 1To you, O Lord, I call; my rock, be not deaf to me. For if you heed me not, I shall go down to the pit like the rest. |
| 2当我朝着你的圣所向你呼号，高举我手时，请俯听我的哀祷！ | 2Hear my cry for mercy as I call to you for help, as I lift up my hands toward your innermost sanctuary. |
| 3求你不要把我同败类一起剿绝，不要把我同作恶的人一同消灭：他们与人口谈平安，但心中却十分阴险。 | 3Drag me not away with the wicked, with those who do evil, who mouth words of peace while they sow mischief and confusion. |
| 4愿你按他们的作为，照他们行为的邪恶，报复他们；按他们手中的事业，给他们应得的报应，处罚他们！ | 4Punish them for their evil designs and wicked deeds; give them their due reward. |
| 5他们不关心上主的工程和他手中所行，但愿上主粉碎他们，不要再使他们复兴！ | 5Since they have no regard for the works of the Lord, he will tear them down and never let them rise again. |
| 6上主理应享受赞颂，因他听了我的祷声。 | 6Blessed be the Lord! He has heard my cry for help. |
| 7上主是我的力量，我的护佑，我对他全心依赖，必获扶助；为此我满心欢喜，赞颂歌舞。 | 7The Lord is my strength, my shield. My heart was sure of him, I have been helped and my heart exults, with my song I give him thanks. |
| 8上主是自己人民的力量，他是受傅者得救的保障； | 8The Lord is the strength of his people, the saving refuge of his anointed. |
| 9求你拯救你的人民，祝福你的百姓，求你牧养他们，提携他们直至永恒。 | 9Save your people, and bless your inheritance. Be their shepherd and carry them forever. |
