| 1达味诗歌，交与乐官，和以絃乐。 | 1Answer when I call, O God, my justice! When I was in distress, you gave me solace. Have compassion on me and hear my plea. |
| 2我公义的天主！我一呼求你，你就应允了我，我在困苦中，你曾舒畅了我。求你怜悯我，求你俯听我祷。 | 2And you people, how long will you harden your hearts? How long will you delight in deceit and go in search of falsehood? |
| 3显贵的人们，你们的心要硬到几时﹖你们爱慕虚幻，追求虚伪究竟何为？（休止） | 3But you must know that the Lord has shown his kindness to me. When I call to him, he hears me. |
| 4你们当知：上主特爱对他虔敬的人，当我呼求上主的时候，他一定俯允。 | 4Be angry, but don't offend. Keep your words to yourself, when you are in bed, and be still. |
| 5你们应战栗，不可一再作恶，在床上检讨，且要扪心思过。（休止） | 5Offer the sacrifice commanded by the Law and put your trust in the Lord your God. |
| 6奉上正义的祭献，对上主全心依盼。 | 6Many ask, "Who will give us a happy time? Would that his favor shine upon us!" |
| 7有许多人说：「谁能使我们幸福亨通？」上主，望你向我们显你光辉的仪容。 | 7You, O Lord, have put joy in my heart; more than by giving me wine and food. |
| 8你赐给我心中的欢跃，远胜过麦和酒的丰饶。 | 8I lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me feel safe and secure. |
| 9在平安中我一躺下即刻入睡，上主，惟有你能使我安居顺遂。 | 9 |
