| 1达味诗歌，交与乐官。 | 1Have mercy on me, O God, in your love. In your great compassion blot out my sin. |
| 2作于纳堂先知前来指责他与巴特舍巴犯奸之后。 | 2Wash me thoroughly of my guilt; cleanse me of evil. |
| 3天主，求你按照你的仁慈怜悯我，依你丰厚的慈爱，消灭我的罪恶。 | 3For I acknowledge my wrongdoings and have my sins ever in mind. |
| 4求你把我的过犯洗尽，求你把我的罪恶除净， | 4Against you alone have I sinned; what is evil in your sight I have done. You are right when you pass sentence and blameless in your judgment. |
| 5因为我认清了我的过犯，我的罪恶常在我的眼前。 | 5For I have been guilt-ridden from birth, a sinner from my mother's womb. |
| 6我得罪了你，惟独得罪了你，因为我作了你视为恶的事；因此，在你的判决上，显出你的公义，在你的断案上，显出你的正直。 | 6I know you desire truth in the heart, teach me wisdom in my inmost being. |
| 7是的，我自出世便染上了罪恶，我的母亲在罪恶中怀孕了我。 | 7Cleanse me with hyssop and I shall be clean, wash me, I shall be whiter than snow. |
| 8你既然喜爱那出自内心的诚实，求在我心的深处教我认识智慧。 | 8Fill me with joy and gladness; let the bones you have crushed rejoice. |
| 9求你以牛膝草洒我，使我皎洁，求你洗涤我，使我比雪还要白。 | 9Turn your face away from my sins and blot out all my offenses. |
| 10求你赐我听见快慰和喜乐，使你粉碎的骨骸重新欢跃。 | 10Create in me, O God, a pure heart; give me a new and steadfast spirit. |
| 11求你掩面别看我的罪过，求你除掉我的一切罪恶。 | 11Do not cast me out of your presence nor take your holy spirit from me. |
| 12天主，求你给我再造一颗纯洁的心，求你使我心重获坚固的精神。 | 12Give me again the joy of your salvation and sustain me with a willing spirit. |
| 13求你不要从你的面前把我抛弃，不要从我身上将你的圣神收回。 | 13Then I will show wrongdoers your ways and sinners will return to you. |
| 14求你使我重获你救恩的喜乐，求你以慷慨的精神来扶持我。 | 14Deliver me, O God, from the guilt of blood, and of your justice I shall sing aloud. |
| 15我要给恶人教导你的道路，罪人们都要回头，向你奔赴。 | 15O Lord, open my lips, and I will declare your praise. |
| 16天主，我的救主，求你免我血债，我的舌头必要歌颂你的慈爱。 | 16You take no pleasure in sacrifice; were I to give a burnt offering, you would not delight in it. |
| 17我主，求你开启我的口唇，我要亲口宣扬你的光荣。 | 17O God, my sacrifice is a broken spirit; a contrite heart you will not despise. |
| 18因为你既然不喜悦祭献，我献全燔祭，你也不喜欢。 | 18Shower Zion with your favor: rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. |
| 19天主，我的祭献就是这痛悔的精神，天主，你不轻看痛悔和谦卑的赤心。 | 19Then you will delight in fitting sacrifices, in burnt offerings and bulls offered on your altar. |
| 20上主，求你以慈爱恩待熙雍，求你重修耶路撒冷城。 | 20 |
| 21那时，你必悦纳合法之祭，牺牲和全燔祭献；那时，人们也必要把牛犊奉献于你的祭坛。 | 21 |
