| 1达味训诲歌，交与乐官，和以絃乐。 | 1By your name, O God, save me; you, the Valiant, uphold my cause. |
| 2作于齐弗人来对撒乌耳说：「看，达味藏在我们这里」时。 | 2Hear my prayer, O God; listen to the words of my mouth. |
| 3天主，求你因你的名赐我救援，求你并以你的权能为我伸冤。 | 3Strangers are against me - the ruthless seek my life; they have no regard for God. |
| 4天主，求你俯听我的祈求，侧耳倾听我的投诉。 | 4See, God is my helper; the Lord upholds my life. |
| 5因为傲慢的人们起来向我进攻，蛮横的人想谋害我的生命，他们没有把天主放在眼中。（休止） | 5May their evil plots rebound on them; in your faithfulness destroy them! |
| 6请看，天主必定给我助阵，上主必扶持我生命。 | 6Freely will I offer sacrifice to you and praise your name, O Lord, for it is good. |
| 7求你使灾祸报应在我的仇仇身上，求你凭你的忠诚将他们消除灭亡。 | 7You have delivered me from calamity, and I look down on my foes. |
| 8我要自愿地向你奉上祭献，上主，我要对你的美名称赞。 | 8 |
| 9因为你救我脱离了一切灾难，使我亲眼看见我的仇敌溃散。 | 9 |
