| 1达味作，交与乐官，和以絃乐。 | 1Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. |
| 2天主，求你俯听我的哀号，求你细听我的祈祷。 | 2I call to you from the ends of the earth; my heart grows faint. Set me high upon a rock; |
| 3当我心灵忧戚时，我由地极呼号你，求你领我上那崇高磐石，使我安息。 | 3be my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy. |
| 4因为你是我的避难所，是我抗敌的坚固碉堡。 | 4Let me dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in your wings' shelter. |
| 5愿我常在你的帐幕内寄住，在你的翼护下隐居！（休止） | 5Indeed you have heard my vows, O God, and the wish of those who fear your name. |
| 6天主，你果真满全了我的志愿，赐给了我敬畏你名者的财产。 | 6Increase the days of the king's life; prolong his years for many generations. |
| 7愿你使君王的寿命日增，并使他的年岁万世无穷！ | 7May he ever be enthroned in God's presence; let your love and loyalty watch over him. |
| 8愿他在天主前为王，直至永远，求你广施慈爱忠诚，使他安全！ | 8So I will sing praises to your name and fulfill my vows day after day. |
| 9因此，我要常常歌赞你的名号，为能使我日日偿还我的誓约。 | 9 |
