| 1上主，我托庇于你，使我永不受羞耻！ | 1In you, O Lord, I seek refuge; let me not be disgraced. |
| 2求你照你的正义解救我，求你侧耳听我，并拯救我。 | 2In your justice help me and deliver me, turn your ear to me and save me! |
| 3求你作我避难的石壁，获救的堡垒；因为你是我的磐石，我的堡垒， | 3Be my rock of refuge, a stronghold to give me safety, for you are my rock and my fortress. |
| 4我的天主，求你由邪恶人的手中将我救出，由凶蛮横暴者的掌中将我救走。 | 4Rescue me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the grasp of cruel and violent people. |
| 5因为，我主上主，你是我的期望，你是我自幼惟一的仰仗。 | 5For you, O Lord, have been my hope, my trust, O God, from my youth. |
| 6我自从在母胎中，就仰赖了你，尚在母怀中，你就是我的托庇；我全心的希望，时时寄托于你。 | 6I have relied on you from birth: from my mother's womb you brought me forth. My praise is of you continually. |
| 7许多人都把我视作妖怪，你却作了我有力的仰赖。 | 7I have become like a portent to many, but you are my strong refuge. |
| 8我要满口赞颂你，我要终日称扬你。 | 8My mouth is filled with your praise, announcing your glory day by day. |
| 9在我年老时，求你不要抛弃我，在我气力衰弱时，不要远离我。 | 9Do not cast me off in my old age, do not desert me when my strength fails. |
| 10不然，我的仇敌必要对我说，窥伺我命的人，互相私议说： | 10For my enemies speak ill of me; awaiting my death they set plans. |
| 11「天主已经舍弃了他，你们追击他，捕捉他！因为无人再来救他。」 | 11They say, "God has forsaken him; let us pursue and seize him, for no one will rescue him." |
| 12天主，求你不要远离我，我的天主，请快来救我。 | 12O God, be not far from me; my God, make haste to help me! |
| 13愿那些谋杀我命的人，走头无路，愿那些设法害我的人，蒙受耻辱！ | 13Let my accusers be destroyed in shame; let those who seek my ruin be covered with disgrace and scorn. |
| 14我仍不断地期望你，每日加倍地赞美你。 | 14Then I may trust in you and praise you. |
| 15我的口要传述你的宽仁，终日不断宣扬你的救恩，因为我不知它们的数额。 | 15My lips will proclaim your intervention and tell of your salvation all day, little though it is what I can understand. |
| 16我要称扬我天主的伟大奇能，上主，我要传述你独有的宽仁。 | 16I will come to your strength, O Lord, and announce your justice, yours alone. |
| 17天主，远自我幼年时，你已教导了我。直至今日，我仍宣示你的微妙。 | 17You have taught me from my youth and until now I proclaim your marvels. |
| 18天主，即我发白年老，求你也不要离弃我，直至我将你的威力宣示给这一代，将你的奇能传述给下一代。 | 18When I grow old and gray, do not leave me, O God; give me time to declare your might, your power to all generations to come. |
| 19天主，你的仁慈直达天际，天主，你行大事谁可比你？ | 19Your justice, O God, reaches to heaven; you have done great things. Who is like you, O God? |
| 20你曾使我经历许多困苦艰难，现今仍然是你使我生活安全，并提拔我脱离了地下的深渊。 | 20Many have been my hardships and misery, but once more you come to revive me; from the depths of the earth you will bring me up again. |
| 21求你增加我的尊位，求你再来给我安慰。 | 21You will restore me and comfort me again. |
| 22我的天主，我要弹琴，歌颂你的忠诚，以色列的圣者，我要鼓瑟，向你歌颂。 | 22I will praise you with the harp, for your faithfulness, O my God; I will sing your praise with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel. |
| 23当我歌颂你时，我的双唇要欢腾，我那为你所救的灵魂，也要欢腾。 | 23My lips will rejoice, and my soul, too, which you have rescued. |
| 24我的舌头也要终日伸述你的仁慈，因为谋图伤害我的人蒙受了羞耻。 | 24I will recall your intervention the whole day long, "Yes, those who sought to do me harm have been confused and put to shame." |
