| 1阿撒夫的诗歌，交与乐官耶杜通。 | 1I cry aloud to God - aloud that he may hear me. |
| 2我呼号，我的呼声上达天主前，我向天主高呼，求他俯听矜怜。 | 2In the day of trouble I seek the Lord, and stretch out my hand untiringly, my soul refusing to be consoled. |
| 3我在患难之日，寻求上主，虽整夜伸手，亦不觉辛苦，我的心灵且不接受安抚。 | 3When I think of God I sigh; when I meditate my spirit fails. |
| 4我一怀念天主，即咨嗟哀叹，我一沉思考虑，即心灰意懒。（休止） | 4You keep my eyes watchful; I am so troubled I cannot speak, |
| 5你使我的眼睛彻夜不眠，我实烦燥难安，苦不堪言。 | 5I remember the days of old. I consider the years of long ago |
| 6我回忆往昔的时日，我怀念过去的岁月。 | 6and the whole night my soul remains disturbed, my spirit wonders, |
| 7我的心灵夜间默默自问，我的神魂时时沉思质询： | 7"Will the Lord keep silent forever? Will he never show his favor again? |
| 8难道天主永远拒绝，难道不再回顾怜爱？ | 8Has he locked his love and ended his promise for all time? |
| 9难道他的恩爱永远停止，他的诺言也将永世废弃？ | 9Is God forgetting his mercy? Has he in anger withheld his compassion?" |
| 10难道天主忘记了慈悲？因愤怒而将慈爱关闭？（休止） | 10This is what makes me distraught - that the Most High no longer acts as before. |
| 11因此我说：这是我的苦难：至高者的右手已经改变。 | 11I remember the deeds of the Lord; I recall his marvels of old. |
| 12我现今追念上主的作为，回想你往昔所行的奇蹟； | 12I meditate on all your work, and consider your mighty deeds. |
| 13沉思你的一切所作所为，更要默想你的一切异事。 | 13Your way, O God, is most holy. Is there any god greater than you, our God? |
| 14天主，你的行径完全在于圣化，何神像我们的天主如此伟大？ | 14You alone are the God who works wonders, who has made known his power to the nations. |
| 15只有你是施行奇蹟的天主！在万民中彰显了你的威武。 | 15With power you have redeemed your people, the descendants of Jacob and Joseph. |
| 16你以臂力拯救了你的人民，就是雅各伯和若瑟的子孙。（休止） | 16When the waters saw you, O God, they were afraid, the depths of the sea trembled. |
| 17大水一旦看见你，天主，大水一见你就都恐怖，连深渊汪洋也都颤抖。 | 17The clouds poured down rain; the skies resounded with thunder; your arrows flashed from every side. |
| 18云天大雨倾降，乌云发出巨响，火箭满天飞翔。 | 18Your thunder crashed in the midst of the whirlwind; your lightning lit up the world; the earth shook and trembled. |
| 19你的雷霆在旋风中发响，闪电也将整个世界照亮，大地惊慌失措而又摇荡。 | 19Your path led through the sea, your way through the great water, but your footprints were nowhere to be seen. |
| 20你的道路虽然经过海底，你的途径虽然穿越大水，却没有显露出你的足迹。 | 20You led your people as a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron. |
| 21你曾藉着梅瑟和亚郎的手掌，领导你的子民有如领导群羊。 | 21 |
