| 1则辣黑人厄堂的训诲诗。 | 1I will sing forever, O Lord, of your love and proclaim your faithfulness from age to age. |
| 2我要永永远远歌咏上主的恩宠，要世世代代亲口称扬你的忠诚。 | 2I will declare how steadfast is your love, how firm your faithfulness. |
| 3你原说过：「我的恩宠已永远奠定！」就如你在天上确定了你的忠诚。 | 3You said, "I have made a covenant with David, my chosen one; I have made a pledge to my servant. |
| 4「我同我拣选的人立了约契，向我的仆人达味起了盟誓， | 4I establish his descendants forever; I build his throne for all generations." |
| 5我直到永远巩固你的后裔，世世代代将你的宝座建立。」（休止） | 5The heavens proclaim your wonders, O Lord; the assembly of the holy ones recalls your faithfulness. |
| 6上主，愿苍天称赞你的奇事，圣者的集会赞美你的忠义！ | 6Who in the skies can compare with the Lord; who of the heaven-born is like him? |
| 7在云彩之中，谁可与上主相比，天主的众子，谁能同上主相似？ | 7A God feared in the council of the holy ones, awesome to those who approach him. |
| 8在圣者的集会中，天主令人惊恐，他伟大可怕，超过他四周的神圣。 | 8O Lord God of hosts, who is like you, clothed in might and faithfulness? |
| 9上主万军的天主，有谁能够相似你？上主，你是全能的，你的忠信环绕你。 | 9You reign over the surging sea; you calm its raging waves. |
| 10你统治汹涌的海啸，你平抑翻腾的波涛。 | 10You split Rahab like a carcass; with your strong arm you routed your foes. |
| 11你曾践踏辣哈布，好像践踏尸体，你以大能的手臂驱散你的仇敌。 | 11Yours are the heavens and the earth; you founded the world and everything in it. |
| 12高天是属你的，厚土也是属你的，寰宇及其中的一切是你奠定的。 | 12You created the north and the south - Tabor and Hermon rejoice at your name. |
| 13你创造了南方，创造了北方，大博尔，赫尔孟因你而欢畅。 | 13You have a powerful arm, mighty and exalted is your right hand! |
| 14你的臂膀孔武而有力，你双手坚强，右手举起。 | 14Justice and righteousness are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you. |
| 15正义和公理是你宝座的基础，仁爱和忠信在你的前面开路。 | 15Blessed is the people who know your praise. They walk in the light of your face. |
| 16会欢乐歌唱的百姓，的确有福，上主，他们在你慈颜光中行走， | 16They celebrate all day your name and your protection lifts them up. |
| 17他们常常因你的名而欢跃，你的正义使他们引以自豪。 | 17You give us glory and power; and your favor gives us victory. |
| 18因为你是他们权势的光明，因你慈惠，我们的威能提升。 | 18Our king is in the hands of the Lord; the God of Israel is our shield. |
| 19因为在上主内有我们的庇护，以色列的圣者是我们的君主。 | 19In the past you spoke in a vision; you said of your faithful servant: "I have set the crown upon a mighty one; on one chosen from the people. |
| 20你曾在异像中向你的圣者说：「我已经给那有能者加了冕，由百姓中将我所选者举荐。 | 20I have found David my servant, and with my holy oil I have anointed him. |
| 21我拣选达味做我的忠仆，也给他傅抹了圣油。 | 21My hand will be ever with him and my arm will sustain him, |
| 22我的双手必常扶持他，我的臂膀必常坚固他， | 22no enemy shall outwit him nor the wicked oppress him. |
| 23仇敌不能欺骗他，恶人不能压伏他。 | 23I will crush his foes before him and strike down his adversaries. |
| 24我要在他前击破他的仇敌，凡仇恨他的人，我必要打击。 | 24My faithfulness and love will be with him, and by my help he will be strong. |
| 25我的忠信与仁慈常与他共处，他的头角因我的名而得高举。 | 25I will set his hand over the sea, his right hand over the rivers. |
| 26我使他的手伸到海上，使他的右手伸到河上。 | 26He will call on me, 'You are my Father, my God, my Rock, my Savior.' |
| 27他要称赞我说：『你是我的大父，是我救恩的磐石，是我的天主。』 | 27I will make him the firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth. |
| 28我也要立定他为首生子，他高出世上所有的君主。 | 28I will keep my covenant firm forever, and my love for him will endure. |
| 29我同他永远保持我的慈爱，我同他立的约，永不得破坏， | 29His dynasty will last forever, and his throne as long as the heavens. |
| 30使他的后裔，永世不替，使他的宝位，与天日齐。 | 30If his sons forsake my law and fail to follow my decrees, |
| 31若他的子孙放弃我的法令，不照我的命令行， | 31if they violate my statutes and do not keep my commandments, |
| 32若是他们违犯了我的章程，不遵守我的诫命， | 32I will punish their crime with the rod and their offenses with the scourge; |
| 33我必用棍杖惩罚他们的罪过，也必用鞭子责打他们的邪恶。 | 33yet I will not withdraw my love from him, nor will I withdraw my faithfulness. |
| 34但我不将我的慈爱撤退，我也不使我的忠诚作废， | 34I will be true to my promises and not break my covenant. |
| 35也不放弃我的盟约，也不改变我的许诺。 | 35Did I not swear by my holiness? I will not lie to David. |
| 36我一次指我的圣善起誓，我也绝对不会欺骗达味。 | 36His dynasty will last forever, and his throne endure as the sun before me. |
| 37他的后裔必定要永远兴隆，他的御座在我前，如日永恒； | 37It will shine forever like the moon, the unfailing watch of heavens." |
| 38又如月亮循环不停，做空中忠实的见证。」（休止） | 38But now you have rejected, disowned and raged at your anointed. |
| 39但是你已经拒绝和摈弃，对你的受傅者愤怒大起。 | 39You have disregarded your covenant and cast off the crown of your servant. |
| 40将你仆人的盟约撕毁，将他的冠冕抛掷于地。 | 40You have destroyed his walls and reduced his strongholds to rubble. |
| 41荡平了他所有的城垣，使他的堡垒化为荒原。 | 41The victim of despoilers, he has become the scorn of his neighbors. |
| 42凡过路的人都劫掠他，他为邻人所嘲笑辱骂。 | 42You have exalted the right hand of his foes; you have made his enemies rejoice. |
| 43你高举了他仇人的右手，使他的敌人们满心欢愉。 | 43You have turned the edge of his sword, and have not stood by him in battle. |
| 44使他的刀刃迟钝不利，上阵时使他不能站立； | 44You have wrenched the scepter from his hand and flung his throne to the ground. |
| 45使他的光辉消失灭迹，把他的宝座推翻于地。 | 45You have shortened the time of his splendor and covered him with shame. |
| 46缩短他青春的时日，要使他去蒙受羞耻。（休止） | 46How long, O Lord, will you hide? How long will anger burn like a fire? |
| 47上主，你不断地隐避，要到何时，上主，你的怒火如焚，何时才熄？ | 47Consider how short my life is, how shadowy the human destiny. |
| 48求你怀念我的性命何其短暂，你所创造的世人是多么虚幻！ | 48What mortal can live and never see death? Who will escape from the netherworld? |
| 49有那一个人能够常生不死，有谁能自救于阴府的权势？（休止） | 49O Lord, where is your former great love, the faithfulness you pledged to David? |
| 50吾主，你从前凭着你的忠义，向达味许的仁爱，今在哪里？ | 50Remember, O Lord, how your servant is despised, how I suffer the scorn of the peoples, |
| 51上主，求你记念你仆人所受的耻辱。在我胸中所承担异民的一切憎恶： | 51the taunts with which your enemies have mocked every step of your anointed. |
| 52就是你的那些反对者所加给你的耻辱，上主，他们也凌辱了你的受傅者的脚步。 | 52Blessed be the Lord forever! Amen, Amen. |
| 53愿上主永永远远受赞美！阿们，阿们！ | 53 |
