| 1请大家前来，我们要向上主歌舞，齐向救助我们的磐石高歌欢呼。 | 1Come, let us sing to the Lord, let us make a joyful sound to the Rock of our salvation. |
| 2一齐到他面前，感恩赞颂，向他歌吟圣诗，欢呼吟咏。 | 2Let us come before him giving thanks, with music and songs of praise. |
| 3上主原是尊高的天主，原是超越诸神的大主； | 3For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods. |
| 4大地的深渊，全在他手，高山的顶峰，为他所有。 | 4In his hand are the depths of the earth and the mountain heights. |
| 5海洋属他，因为是他创造的，陆地也是他亲手所形成的。 | 5The sea is his, for he made it, and his hand shaped the dry land. |
| 6请大家前来，一齐伏地朝拜，向造我们的上主，屈膝示爱。 | 6Come and worship; let us bow down, kneel before the Lord, our Maker. |
| 7因为他是我们的真神，我们是他牧养的人民，是他手所引导的羊群。今天该听从他的声音： | 7He is our God, and we his people; the flock he leads and pastures. Would that today you heard his voice! |
| 8「不要再像在默黎巴那样心顽，也不要像在旷野中玛撒那天！ | 8Do not be stubborn, as at Meribah, in the desert, on that day at Massah, |
| 9你们的祖先虽然见过我的工作，在那里他们还是试探我，考验我。 | 9when your ancestors challenged me, and they put me to the test. |
| 10四十年之久，我厌恶了那一世代，曾说：这百姓心中迷惑，不肯承认我的真道， | 10For forty years they wearied me and I said, "They are a people of inconstant heart; they have not known my ways." |
| 11因此我怀着愤怒而起誓说：他们决不得进入我的安所。」 | 11So I declared on oath in my anger, "Never shall they enter my rest." |
