| 1我看见在天上又出现了一个又大又奇妙的异兆：有七位天使拿着七种最后的灾祸，因为天主的义怒就要藉着这些灾祸发泄净尽。 | 1Then I saw another great and marvelous sign in the heavens: seven angels brought seven plagues which are the last, for with these the wrath of God will end. |
| 2我又看见好像有个搀杂着火的玻璃海；那些战胜了兽和兽像及牠名号数字的人，站在玻璃海上，拿着天主的琴， | 2There was a sea of crystal mingled with fire, and the conquerors of the beast, of its name and the mark of its name stood by it. They had been given the celestial harps |
| 3歌唱天主的仆人梅瑟的歌曲和羔羊的歌曲说：「上主，全能的天主！你的功行伟大奇妙；万民的君王！你的道路公平正直； | 3and they sang the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb: Great and marvelous are your works, O Lord, God and Master of the universe. Justice and truth guide your steps, O King of the nations. |
| 4谁敢不敬畏你？上主！谁敢不光荣你的名号？因为只有你是圣善的；万民都要前来崇拜你，因为你正义的判断，已彰明较着。」 | 4Lord, who will not give honor and glory to your Name? For you alone are holy. All the nations will come and bow before you, for they have now seen your judgments. |
| 5这些事以后，我又看见天上盟约的帐幕──圣殿敞开了， | 5Then the sanctuary of the Tent of Divine Declarations was opened, |
| 6那七位拿着七种灾祸的天使，从圣殿那里出来，身穿洁白而明亮的亚麻衣，胸间佩有金带。 | 6and the seven angels bringing the seven plagues came out of the Sanctuary, clothed in pure and bright linen, with their waists girded with golden belts. |
| 7那时，四个活物中的一个，给了那七位天使七个满盛万世万代永生天主义怒的金盂。 | 7One of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven golden cups full of the wrath of God who lives for ever and ever. |
| 8因着天主的荣耀和威能，殿内充满了烟，没有一个人能进入殿内，直到那七位天使的七样灾祸降完为止。 | 8Then the sanctuary was filled with smoke which wraps God's glory and power, so that no one could enter until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed. |
