| 1你们该效法我，如我效法了基督一样。 | 1Be ye followers of me, as I also am of Christ. |
| 2我称赞你们在一切事上记念我，并照我所传授给你们的，持守那些传授。 | 2Now I praise you, brethren, that in all things you are mindful of me: and keep my ordinances as I have delivered them to you. |
| 3但我愿意你们知道：男人的头是基督，而女人的头是男人，基督的头却是天主。 | 3But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. |
| 4凡男人祈祷或说先知话，若蒙着头，就是羞辱自己的头； | 4Every man praying or prophesying with his head covered, disgraceth his head. |
| 5但凡女人祈祷或说先知话，若不蒙头，就是羞辱自己的头，因为她跟那剃了头发的完全一样。 | 5But every woman praying or prophesying with her head not covered, disgraceth her head: for it is all one as if she were shaven. |
| 6女人若不蒙头，就让她剪发罢！但若剪发或剃头为女人算是耻辱，她就该蒙头！ | 6For if a woman be not covered, let her be shorn. But if it be a shame to a woman to be shorn or made bald, let her cover her head. |
| 7男人当然不该蒙头，因为他是天主的肖像和光荣，而女人却是男人的光荣： | 7The man indeed ought not to cover his head, because he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of the man. |
| 8原来不是男人出于女人，而是女人出于男人； | 8For the man is not of the woman, but the woman of the man. |
| 9而且男人不是为女人造的，女人乃是为男人造的。 | 9For the man was not created for the woman, but the woman for the man. |
| 10为此，女人为了天使的缘故，在头上应该有属于权下的表记。 | 10Therefore ought the woman to have a power over her head, because of the angels. |
| 11然而在主内，女不可无男，男也不可无女， | 11But yet neither is the man without the woman, nor the woman without the man, in the Lord. |
| 12因为就如女人是出于男人，同样男人也是藉女人而生；但一切都出于天主。 | 12For as the woman is of the man, so also is the man by the woman: but all things of God. |
| 13你们自己评断罢！女人不蒙头向天主祈祷相宜吗？ | 13You yourselves judge: doth it become a woman, to pray unto God uncovered? |
| 14不是本性也教训你们：男人若蓄发，为他就是羞辱； | 14Doth not even nature itself teach you, that a man indeed, if he nourish his hair, it is a shame unto him? |
| 15但是女人若蓄发，为她倒是光荣吗？因为头发是给她当作首帕的。 | 15But if a woman nourish her hair, it is a glory to her; for her hair is given to her for a covering. |
| 16若有人想强辩，那么他该知道：我们没有这样的风俗，天主的各教会也没有。 | 16But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, nor the church of God. |
| 17我要嘱咐你们，并不称赞你们，因为你们聚会不是为得益，而是为受害。 | 17Now this I ordain: not praising you, that you come together not for the better, but for the worse. |
| 18首先，我听说你们聚会时，你们中间有分裂的事，我也有几分相信， | 18For first of all I hear that when you come together in the church, there are schisms among you; and in part I believe it. |
| 19因为在你们中间原免不了分党分派的事，好叫那些经得起考验的人，在你们中显出来。 | 19For there must be also heresies: that they also, who are approved, may be made manifest among you. |
| 20你们聚集在一处，并不是为吃主的晚餐， | 20When you come therefore together into one place, it is not now to eat the Lord's supper. |
| 21因为你们吃的时候，各人先吃自己的晚餐，甚至有的饥饿，有的却醉饱。 | 21For every one taketh before his own supper to eat. And one indeed is hungry and another is drunk. |
| 22难道你们没有家可以吃喝吗？或是你们想轻视天主的教会，叫那些没有的人羞惭吗？我可给你们说什么？要我称赞你们吗？在这事上，我决不称赞。 | 22What, have you not houses to eat and to drink in? Or despise ye the church of God; and put them to shame that have not? What shall I say to you? Do I praise you? In this I praise you not. |
| 23这是我从主所领受的，我也传授给你们了：主耶稣在他被交付的那一夜，拿起饼来， | 23For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus, the same night in which he was betrayed, took bread. |
| 24祝谢了，擘开说：「这是我的身体、为你们而舍的，你们应这样行，为记念我。」 | 24And giving thanks, broke, and said: Take ye, and eat: this is my body, which shall be delivered for you: this do for the commemoration of me. |
| 25晚餐后，又同样拿起杯来说：「这杯是用我的血所立的新约，你们每次喝，应这样行，为记念我。」 | 25In like manner also the chalice, after he had supped, saying: This chalice is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as often as you shall drink, for the commemoration of me. |
| 26的确，直到主再来，你们每次吃这饼，喝这杯，你们就是宣告主的死亡。 | 26For as often as you shall eat this bread, and drink the chalice, you shall shew the death of the Lord, until he come. |
| 27为此，无论谁，若不相称地吃主的饼，或喝主的杯，就是干犯主体和主血的罪人。 | 27Therefore whosoever shall eat this bread, or drink the chalice of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and of the blood of the Lord. |
| 28所以人应省察自己，然后才可以吃这饼，喝这杯。 | 28But let a man prove himself: and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of the chalice. |
| 29因为那吃喝的人，若不分辨主的身体，就是吃喝自己的罪案。 | 29For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh judgment to himself, not discerning the body of the Lord. |
| 30为此，在你们中有许多有病和软弱的人，死的也不少。 | 30Therefore are there many infirm and weak among you, and many sleep. |
| 31但是，若我们先省察自己，我们就不至于受罚了。 | 31But if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. |
| 32我们即使受罚，只是受主的惩戒，免得我们和这世界一同被定罪。 | 32But whilst we are judged, we are chastised by the Lord, that we be not condemned with this world. |
| 33所以，我的弟兄们，当你们聚集吃晚餐时，要彼此等待。 | 33Wherefore, my brethren, when you come together to eat, wait for one another. |
| 34谁若饿了，在家里先吃，免得你们聚集自遭判决。其余的事，等我来了再安排。 | 34If any man be hungry, let him eat at home; that you come not together unto judgment. And the rest I will set in order, when I come. |
