哥罗森书	Colossians
¹我实愿意你们知道：我为你们和那些在劳狄刻雅以及所有未曾亲眼看见过我的人，作如何的奋斗，	¹For I would have you know, what manner of care I have for you and for them that are at Laodicea, and whosoever have not seen my face in the flesh:
²为使他们的心受到鼓励，使他们在爱内互相连结，充分地得到真知灼见，能认识天主的奥秘──基督，	²That their hearts may be comforted, being instructed in charity, and unto all riches of fulness of understanding, unto the knowledge of the mystery of God the Father and of Christ Jesus:
³因为在他内蕴藏着智慧和知识的一切宝藏。	³In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
⁴我说这话，免得有人以花言巧语欺骗你们。	⁴Now this I say, that no man may deceive you by loftiness of words.
⁵我肉身虽然不在你们那里，但心灵却与你们同在，高兴见到你们生活的秩序，和你们对基督的坚定信仰。	⁵For though I be absent in body, yet in spirit I am with you; rejoicing, and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith which is in Christ.
⁶你们既然接受了基督耶稣为主，就该在他内行动生活，	⁶As therefore you have received Jesus Christ the Lord, walk ye in him;
⁷在他内生根修建，坚定于你们所学得的信德，满怀感恩之情。	⁷Rooted and built up in him, and confirmed in the faith, as also you have learned, abounding in him in thanksgiving.
⁸你们要小心，免得有人以哲学，以虚伪的妄言，按照人的传授，依据世俗的原理，而不是依据基督，把你们勾引了去。	⁸Beware lest any man cheat you by philosophy, and vain deceit; according to the tradition of men, according to the elements of the world, and not according to Christ:
⁹因为是在基督内，真实地住有整个圆满的天主性，你们也是在他内得到丰满。	⁹For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead corporeally;
¹⁰他是一切率领者和掌权者的元首，	¹⁰And you are filled in him, who is the head of all principality and power:
¹¹你们也是在他内受了割损，但不是人手所行的割损，而是基督的割损，在乎脱去肉欲之身。	¹¹In whom also you are circumcised with circumcision not made by hand, in despoiling of the body of the flesh, but in the circumcision of Christ:
¹²你们既因圣洗与他一同埋葬了，也就因圣洗，藉着信德，即信使他由死者中复活的天主的能力，与他一同复活了。	¹²Buried with him in baptism, in whom also you are risen again by the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him up from the dead.
¹³你们从前因了你们的过犯和未受割损的肉身，原是死的；但天主却使你们与基督一同生活，赦免了我们的一切过犯；	¹³And you, when you were dead in your sins, and the uncircumcision of your flesh; he hath quickened together with him, forgiving you all offences:
¹⁴涂抹了那相反我们，告发我们对诫命负债的债卷，把它从中除去，将它钉在十字架上；	¹⁴Blotting out the handwriting of the decree that was against us, which was contrary to us. And he hath taken the same out of the way, fastening it to the cross:
¹⁵解除了率领者和掌权者的武装，把他们公然示众，仗赖十字架，带着他们举行凯旋的仪式。	¹⁵And despoiling the principalities and powers, he hath exposed them confidently in open shew, triumphing over them in himself.
¹⁶为此，不要让任何人在饮食上，或在节期或月朔或安息日等事上，对你们有所规定。	¹⁶Let no man therefore judge you in meat or in drink, or in respect of a festival day, or of the new moon, or of the sabbaths,
¹⁷这一切原是未来事物的阴影，至于实体乃是基督。	¹⁷Which are a shadow of things to come, but the body is of Christ.
¹⁸不可让那甘愿自卑而敬拜天使的人，夺去你们的奖品，这种人只探究所见的幻象，因自己的血肉之见，妄自尊大，	¹⁸Let no man seduce you, willing in humility, and religion of angels, walking in the things which he hath not seen, in vain puffed up by the sense of his flesh,
¹⁹而不与头相连接；其实由于头，全身才能赖关节和脉络获得滋养而互相连结，藉天主所赐的生长力而生长。	¹⁹And not holding the head, from which the whole body, by joints and bands, being supplied with nourishment and compacted, groweth unto the increase of God.
²⁰既然你们与基督已同死于世俗的原理，为什么还如生活在世俗中一样，受人指点：	²⁰If then you be dead with Christ from the elements of this world, why do you yet decree as though living in the world?
²¹「不可拿，不可尝，不可摸」，	²¹Touch not, taste not, handle not:
²²拘泥于人的规定和教训呢？──其实这一切，一经使用，便败坏了。	²²Which all are unto destruction by the very use, according to the precepts and doctrines of men.
²³这些教规既基于随从私意的敬礼、谦卑和苦身克己，徒有智慧之名，并没有什么价值，只为满足肉欲而已。	²³Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in superstition and humility, and not sparing the body; not in any honour to the filling of the flesh.
