¹上主的手临于我，上主的神引我出去，把我放在平原中，那里布满了骨头；	¹The hand of the Lord was upon me, and brought me forth in the spirit of the Lord: and set me down in the midst of a plain that was full of bones.
²他领我在骨头周围走了一遭；见平原上骨头的确很多，又很干枯。	²And he led me about through them on every side: now they were very many upon the face of the plain, and they were exceeding dry.
³他问我说：「人子，这些骨头可以复生吗？」我答说：「吾主上主！你知道。」	³And he said to me: Son of man, dost thou think these bones shall live? And I answered: O Lord God, thou knowest.
⁴他对我说：「你向这些骨头讲预言，向他们说：干枯的骨头，听上主的话罢！	⁴And he said to me: Prophesy concerning these bones; and say to them: Ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.
⁵吾主上主对这些骨头这样说：看，我要使气息进入你们内，你们必要复活。	⁵Thus saith the Lord God to these bones: Behold, I will send spirit into you, and you shall live.
⁶我给你们放上筋，加上肉，包上皮，把气息注入你们内，你们就复活了：如此，你们便要承认我是上主。」	⁶And I will lay sinews upon you, and will cause flesh to grow over you, and will cover you with skin: and I will give you spirit and you shall live, and you shall know that I am the Lord.
⁷于是我遵命讲预言。正当我讲预言时，忽然有一个响声，一阵震动，骨头与骨头互相结合起来。	⁷And I prophesied as he had commanded me: and as I prophesied there was a noise, and behold a commotion: and the bones came together, each one to its joint.
⁸我望见他们身上有了筋，生了肉，包了皮，但他们还没有气息。	⁸And I saw, and behold the sinews, and the flesh came up upon them: and the skin was stretched out over them, but there was no spirit in them.
⁹上主对我说：「你应向气息讲预言！人子，应向气息讲预言说：吾主上主这样说：气息，你应由四方来，吹在这些被杀的人身上，使他们复活。」	⁹And he said to me: Prophesy to the spirit, prophesy, O son of man, and say to the spirit: Thus saith the Lord God: Come, spirit, from the four winds, and blow upon these slain, and let them live again.
¹⁰我遵命一讲了预言，气息就进入他们内，他们遂复活了，并且站了起来；实在是一支极庞大的军队。	¹⁰And I prophesied as he had commanded me: and the spirit came into them, and they lived: and they stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.
¹¹上主对我说：「人子，这些骨头就是以色列家族。他们常说：我们的骨头干枯了，绝望了，我们都完了！	¹¹And he said to me: Son of man: All these bones are the house of Israel: they say: Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost, and we are cut off.
¹²为此，你向他们讲预言说：吾主上主这样说：看，我要亲自打开你们的坟墓；我的百姓，我要从你们的坟墓中把你们领出来，引你们进入以色列地域。	¹²Therefore prophesy, and say to them: Thus saith the Lord God: Behold I will open your graves, and will bring you out of your sepulchres, O my people: and will bring you into the land of Israel.
¹³我的百姓！当我打开你们的坟墓，把你们从坟墓内领出来的时候，你们便承认我是上主。	¹³And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall have opened your sepulchres, and shall have brought you out of your graves, O my people:
¹⁴我要把我的神注入你们内，使你们复活，叫你们安居在你们的地域内，那时，你们便要承认我，上主言出必行──吾主上主的断语。」	¹⁴And shall have put my spirit in you, and you shall live, and I shall make you rest upon your own land: and you shall know that I the Lord have spoken, and done it, saith the Lord God:
¹⁵上主的话传给我说：	¹⁵And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
¹⁶「人子，你拿一块木头，上面写：『犹大和他的同族以色列子民。』再拿另一块木头，上面写：『若瑟──厄弗辣因的木头──和他的同族的以色列子民。』	¹⁶And thou son of man, take thee a stick: and write upon it: Of Juda, and of the children of Israel his associates: and take another stick and write upon it: For Joseph the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel, and of his associates.
¹⁷以后，你把两块木头连成一块，在你手中成为一块。	¹⁷And join them one to the other into one stick, and they shall become one in thy hand.
¹⁸若你民族的子民询问你说：这是什么意思，你不能告诉我们吗？	¹⁸And when the children of thy people shall speak to thee, saying: Wilt thou not tell us what thou meanest by this?
¹⁹你要回答他们说：吾主上主这样说：看，我要拿若瑟的──即在厄弗辣因手中的──和他的同族以色列支派的木头，将它同犹大的木头连结为一块木头，在我手中只成为一块。	¹⁹Say to them: Thus saith the Lord God: Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel that are associated with him, and I will put them together with the stick of Juda, and will make them one stick: and they shall be one in his hand.
²⁰你应把在上面写过字的两块木头，拿在你手中，在他们面前，	²⁰And the sticks whereon thou hast written, shall be in thy hand, before their eyes.
²¹对他们说：吾主上主这样说：看，我要把以色列子民从他们所到的异民中领出，把他们由各方聚集起来，引他们回到自己的地域；	²¹And thou shalt say to them: Thus saith the Lord God: Behold, I will take the children of Israel from the midst of the nations whither they are gone: and I will gather them on every side, and will bring them to their own land.
²²我要使他们在那地和以色列山上成为一个民族，他们只有一位国王，不再是两个民族，不再分为两个国家；	²²And I will make them one nation in the land on the mountains of Israel, and one king shall be king over them all: and they shall no more be two nations, neither shall they be divided any more into two kingdoms.
²³他们也不再为他们的偶像、怪物和各种邪恶所玷污；我要把他们由他们因背约所犯的各种罪过中救拔出来，净化他们，成为我的民族，我作他们的天主。	²³Nor shall they be defiled any more with their idols, nor with their abominations, nor with all their iniquities: and I will save them out of all the places in which they have sinned, and I will cleanse them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
²⁴我的仆人达味要作他们的国王，他们全体只有一个牧人；他们要遵行我的法律，谨守我的诫命，且一一实行；	²⁴And my servant David shall be king over them, and they shall have one shepherd: they shall walk in my judgments, and shall keep my commandments, and shall do them.
²⁵他们要安居在我赐给我的仆人雅各伯，即他们的祖先所居住的地方；他们、他们的儿子，他们的子子孙孙直到永远住在那里；我的仆人达味永远作他们的领袖。	²⁵And they shall dwell in the land which I gave to my servant Jacob, wherein your fathers dwelt, and they shall dwell in it, they and their children, and their children's children, for ever: and David my servant shall be their prince for ever.
²⁶我要同他们订立和平的盟约，同他们订立永远的盟约；我要厚待他们，使他们昌盛，且在他们中立我的圣所，直到永远。	²⁶And I will make a covenant of peace with them, it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will establish them, and will multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for ever.
²⁷我的住所也设在他们中间；我要作他们的天主，他们要作我的百姓。	²⁷And my tabernacle shall be with them: and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
²⁸当我的圣所永远在他们中间时，异民便承认我是祝圣以色列的天主。」	²⁸And the nations shall know that I am the Lord the sanctifier of Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for ever.
