| 1那一天，犹大地要咏唱这首歌曲：「我们有座坚城，以救援作城墙与外郭。 | 1In that day shall this canticle be sung the land of Juda. Sion the city of our strength a saviour, a wall and a bulwark shall be set therein. |
| 2你们打开城门，好让遵守信实的正义民族进去。 | 2Open ye the gates, and let the just nation, that keepeth the truth, enter in. |
| 3你的意志坚定，因而你保全了永久的和平，故此人对你有信赖。 | 3The old error is passed away: thou wilt keep peace: peace, because we have hoped in thee. |
| 4你们应永远信赖上主，因为上主是永固的磐石。 | 4You have hoped in the Lord for evermore, in the Lord God mighty for ever. |
| 5他曾屈服了居高位的人，推翻了高耸的城市，将她推翻在地，使她粉碎，化为尘埃。 | 5For he shall bring down them that dwell on high, the high city he shall lay low. He shall bring it down even to the ground, he shall pull it down even to the dust. |
| 6践踏她的，却是困苦人的脚，是贫穷人的脚。」 | 6The foot shall tread it down, the feet of the poor, the steps of the needy. |
| 7义人的道路是正直的，你上主啊，削平了正直人的途径。 | 7The way of the just is right, the path of the just is right to walk in. |
| 8的确，上主！我们在你正义的路上期待你！你的名号，你的记念，是我们心灵的欲望。 | 8And in the way of thy judgments, O Lord, we have patiently waited for thee: thy name, and thy remembrance are the desire of the soul. |
| 9我们的心灵在夜间渴望你，我们的心神在清晨寻觅你，因为当你的决断显于大地时，世上的居民都要学习正义。 | 9My soul hath desired thee in the night: yea, and with my spirit within me in the morning early I will watch to thee. When thou shalt do thy judgments on the earth, the inhabitants of the world shall learn justice. |
| 10恶人虽然蒙受了怜悯，仍然不学习正义，在世上依然颠倒是非，毫不顾及上主的威严。 | 10Let us have pity on the wicked, but he will not learn justice: in the land of the saints he hath done wicked things, and he shall not see the glory of the Lord. |
| 11上主！你的手虽已高举，但他们仍看不见；愿他们见到你对百姓的热忱而感到惭愧；并愿你为你仇敌所保留的烈火吞灭他们！ | 11Lord, let thy hand be exalted, and let them not see: let the envious people see, and be confounded: and let fire devour thy enemies. |
| 12上主！是你赐与了我们和平，因为凡我们所做的，都是你为我们成就的！ | 12Lord, thou wilt give us peace: for thou hast wrought all our works for us. |
| 13上主，我们的天主！除你以外，还有别的主宰治理过我们；然而我们所称扬的，只有你，你的名号。 | 13O Lord our God, other lords besides thee have had dominion over us, only in thee let us remember thy name. |
| 14死去的人不会再活，幽魂也不会复生，因为你如此惩罚了，并消灭了他们，使他们所有的记念尽被遗忘。 | 14Let not the dead live, let not the giants rise again: therefore hast thou visited and destroyed them, and hast destroyed all their memory. |
| 15你增加了本国的人民，上主，你增加了本国的人民，你得了光荣，你拓展了国家所有的边界。 | 15Thou hast been favourable to the nation, O Lord, thou hast been favourable to the nation: art thou glorified? thou hast removed all the ends of the earth far off. |
| 16上主！我们在困难之中寻求了你，我们在压迫之中呼求了你，因为那是你对我们的惩罚。 | 16Lord, they have sought after thee in distress, in the tribulation of murmuring thy instruction was with them. |
| 17有如怀妊临产的妇女，在苦痛中痉挛呻吟；同样，上主！我们在你面前也是如此： | 17As a woman with child, when she draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs: so are we become in thy presence, O Lord. |
| 18我们也像怀妊痉挛；然而所产的竟是风，没有给大地带来救恩，世界的居民也未因此而得生。 | 18We have conceived, and been as it were in labour, and have brought forth wind: we have not wrought salvation on the earth, therefore the inhabitants of the earth have not fallen. |
| 19你的亡者将再生，他们的尸体将要起立；睡在尘埃中的人们都要苏醒歌咏，因为你的朝露是晶莹的朝露，大地将抛出幽灵。 | 19Thy dead men shall live, my slain shall rise again: awake, and give praise, ye that dwell in the dust: for thy dew is the dew of the light: and the land of the giants thou shalt pull down into ruin. |
| 20我的百姓！去，进入你的内室，关上门，隐藏片刻，等待盛怒过去。 | 20Go, my people, enter into thy chambers, shut thy doors upon thee, hide thyself a little for a moment, until the indignation pass away. |
| 21因为，看哪！上主已由自己的地方出来惩罚大地居民的罪恶，大地要暴露自己吞下的鲜血，不再遮掩被杀的人。 | 21For behold the Lord will come out of his place, to visit the iniquity of the inhabitant of the earth against him: and the earth shall disclose her blood, and shall cover her slain no more. |
