| 1到那一天，上主要用他那厉害、巨大、猛烈的剑，来惩罚「里外雅堂」飞龙，和「里外雅堂」蜿蛇；并要击杀海中的蛟龙。 | 1In that day the Lord with his hard, and great, and strong sword shall visit leviathan the bar serpent, and leviathan the crooked serpent, and shall slay the whale that is in the see. |
| 2到那一天，你们要唱「那可爱的葡萄园」歌： | 2In that day there shall be singing to the vineyard of pure wine. |
| 3「我，上主，亲自作它的护守者，时加灌溉；我要日夜护守，免得受人侵害。 | 3I am the Lord that keep it, I will suddenly give it drink: lest any hurt come to it, I keep it night and day. |
| 4我再没有怒气；万一有了荆棘和蒺藜，我必前去攻击，将它完全焚毁； | 4There is no indignation in me: who shall make me a thorn and a brier in battle: shall march against it, shall I set it on fire together? |
| 5除非不求我保护，不与我讲和，不与我和好……」 | 5Or rather shall it take hold of my strength, shall it make peace with me, shall it make peace with me? |
| 6来日雅各伯将生根，以色列要发芽开花，她的果实要布满地面。 | 6When they shall rush in unto Jacob, Israel shall blossom and bud, and they shall fill the face of the world with seed. |
| 7上主打击以色列，那里像他打击那些打击以色列的人呢？上主击杀以色列，那里像他击杀那些击杀以色列的人呢？ | 7Hath he struck him according to the stroke of him that struck him? or is he slain, as he killed them that were slain by him? |
| 8上主以离弃，以驱逐，惩罚了她；在吹东风的日子，藉巨风将她卷去。 | 8In measure against measure, when it shall be cast off, thou shalt judge it. He hath meditated with his severe spirit in the day of heat. |
| 9惟其如此，雅各伯的罪过方得消除；她的罪孽得以赦免的代价，即在于她将祭坛所有的石块，打得粉碎有如石灰，不再竖立「阿舍辣」和太阳柱。 | 9Therefore upon this shall the iniquity of the house of Jacob be forgiven: and this is all the fruit, that the sin thereof should be taken away, when he shall have made all the stones of the altar, as burnt stones broken in pieces, the groves and temples shall not stand. |
| 10的确，设防的城市已荒凉，成了被撇下和放弃的住宅，有如荒野：牛犊在那里牧放，在那里偃卧，吃尽了那里的枝叶。 | 10For the strong city shall be desolate, the beautiful city shall be forsaken, and shall be left as a wilderness: there the calf shall feed, and there shall he lie down, and shall consume its branches. |
| 11几时树枝枯萎，就自会断落，妇女便来拿去烧火；她既不是个聪敏的民族，因此那创造她的，对她没有怜惜；那形成她的，对她也不表恩情。 | 11Its harvest shall be destroyed with drought, women shall come and teach it: for it is not a wise people, therefore he that made it, shall not have mercy on it: and he that formed it, shall not spare it. |
| 12到那一天，上主要从大河流域到埃及河畔收割果实，以色列子民啊！你们都要一个一个地被聚集起来。 | 12And it shall come to pass, that in that day the Lord will strike from the channel of the river even to the torrent of Egypt, and you shall be gathered together one by one, O ye children of Israel. |
| 13到那一天，要吹起大号筒，凡是在亚述失迷的，在埃及地分散的，都要前来，在耶路撒冷圣山上，朝拜上主。 | 13And it shall come to pass, that in that day a noise shall be made with a great trumpet, and they that were lost, shall come from the land of the Assyrians, and they that were outcasts in the land of Egypt, and they shall adore the Lord in the holy mount in Jerusalem. |
