| 1叔亚人彼耳达得发言说： | 1Then Baldad the Suhite answered, and I said: |
| 2权能和威严为他所有，他在高天缔造和平。 | 2Power and terror are with him, who maketh peace in his high places. |
| 3他的队伍，岂可胜数？他的光明升起，谁不蒙受照耀？ | 3Is there any numbering of his soldiers? and upon whom shall not his light arise? |
| 4人在天主面前，怎能自以为义？妇人所生的，怎能自称洁净？ | 4Can man be justified compared with God, or he that is born of a woman appear clean? |
| 5在他眼中，月亮都不明亮，星辰也不皎洁， | 5Behold even the moon doth not shine, and the stars are not pure in his sight. |
| 6何况像虫的人，像蛆的人子！ | 6How much less man that is rottenness and the son of man who is a worm? |
