| 1当着以色列出离埃及，雅各伯家离开蛮夷时， | 1I have loved, because the Lord will hear the voice of my prayer. |
| 2犹大成了上主的圣所，以色列成了他的王国； | 2Because he hath inclined his ear unto me: and in my days I will call upon him. |
| 3海洋见了，顿时逃溜，约但立即回转倒流。 | 3The sorrows of death have encompassed me: and the perils of hell have found me. I met with trouble and sorrow: |
| 4山岳跳跃像公羊，丘陵舞蹈似羔羊。 | 4And I called upon the name of the Lord. O Lord, deliver my soul. |
| 5海洋，什么使你逃溜？约但，什么叫你倒流？ | 5The Lord is merciful and just, and our God sheweth mercy. |
| 6山岳，你们为什么跳跃像公羊？丘陵，你们为什么舞蹈似羔羊？ | 6The Lord is the keeper of little ones: I was little and he delivered me. |
| 7大地，你应该在上主的面前，在雅各伯的天主面前摇撼， | 7Turn, O my soul, into thy rest: for the Lord hath been bountiful to thee. |
| 8他使磐石变为水潭，他使礁石变成水泉。 | 8For he hath delivered my soul from death: my eyes from tears, my feet from falling. |
| 9 | 9I will please the Lord in the land of the living. |
