| 1登圣殿歌。我蒙难时一呼求上主，他就俯听了我的呼求。 | 1I have lifted up my eyes to the mountains, from whence help shall come to me. |
| 2上主，求你救我脱离说谎的口唇，上主，求你救我摆脱诡诈的舌根。 | 2My help is from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. |
| 3你这诡诈的口舌，究竟怎样对付你？究竟怎样惩治你？ | 3May he not suffer thy foot to be moved: neither let him slumber that keepeth thee. |
| 4只有勇士的矢箭，还有杜松的火炭！ | 4Behold he shall neither slumber nor sleep, that keepeth Israel. |
| 5我真不幸！因为要在默舍客居住，要在刻达尔的帐幕寄宿。 | 5The Lord is thy keeper, the Lord is thy protection upon thy right hand. |
| 6因与憎恶和平的人相处，我的灵魂已经感到太久。 | 6The sun shall not burn thee by day: nor the moon by night. |
| 7我言谈无非和平，他们却鼓励战争。 | 7The Lord keepeth thee from all evil: may the Lord keep thy soul. |
| 8 | 8May the Lord keep thy going in and thy going out; from henceforth now and for ever. |
