| 1登圣殿歌。我举我目向圣山瞻望，我的救助要来自何方？ | 1I rejoiced at the things that were said to me: We shall go into the house of the Lord. |
| 2我的救助来自上主，他创造了天地宇宙。 | 2Our feet were standing in thy courts, O Jerusalem. |
| 3他决不让你的脚滑倒；保护你的也决不睡觉。 | 3Jerusalem, which is built as a city, which is compact together. |
| 4看，那保护以色列者，不打盹也不会睡着。 | 4For thither did the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord: the testimony of Israel, to praise the name of the Lord. |
| 5上主站在你的右边，作你的护卫和保安。 | 5Because their seats have sat in judgment, seats upon the house of David. |
| 6白天太阳必不伤你，黑夜月亮也不害你。 | 6Pray ye for the things that are for the peace of Jerusalem: and abundance for them that love thee. |
| 7上主保护你于任何灾患，上主保护你的心灵平安。 | 7Let peace be in thy strength: and abundance in thy towers. |
| 8上主保护你出外，保护你回来，从现在起一直到永远的世代。 | 8For the sake of my brethren, and of my neighbours, I spoke peace of thee. |
| 9 | 9Because of the house of the Lord our God, I have sought good things for thee. |
