| 1登圣殿歌，达味作。若不是上主保佑我们惟愿以色列子民再说： | 1They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Sion: he shall not be moved for ever that dwelleth |
| 2若不是上主保佑我们，当世人起来攻击我们， | 2In Jerusalem. Mountains are round about it: so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth now and for ever. |
| 3并向我们发泄怒火时，必会活活将我们吞食。 | 3For the Lord will not leave the rod of sinners upon the lot of the just: that the just may not stretch forth their hands to iniquity. |
| 4就像淹没我们的水祸，流过我们颈项的洪波。 | 4Do good, O Lord, to those that are good, and to the upright of heart. |
| 5又像汹涌澎湃的狂浪，早已将我们淹没灭亡。 | 5But such as turn aside into bonds, the Lord shall lead out with the workers of iniquity: peace upon Israel. |
| 6赞美上主，他没有将我们抛出，使我们做成他爪牙的猎物； | 6 |
| 7我们像挣脱猎人罗网的小鸟，罗网被扯破了，我们自然逃掉。 | 7 |
| 8我们的救助是仰赖上主的名，上天和下地都是由他所造成。 | 8 |
