| 1登圣殿歌。依赖上主的人有如熙雍山，屹立不动，必永远常存不变。 | 1When the lord brought back the captivity of Sion, we became like men comforted. |
| 2群山怎样环绕着耶路撒冷，上主也怎样保卫他的百姓，自从现今开始，一直到永恒。 | 2Then was our mouth filled with gladness; and our tongue with joy. Then shall they say among the Gentiles: The Lord hath done great things for them. |
| 3他不让恶人的权杖，来统治义人的家当，免得义人伸出手掌，为非作歹效尤学样。 | 3The Lord hath done great things for us: we are become joyful. |
| 4上主，求你赐福与善良的人，又求你赐福心地正直的人！ | 4Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as a stream in the south. |
| 5那自甘堕落于自己邪路的人们，上主必使他们与恶徒一齐沉沦。惟愿以色列家族永享平静安宁。 | 5They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. |
| 6 | 6Going they went and wept, casting their seeds. |
| 7 | 7But coming they shall come with joyfulness, carrying their sheaves. |
