| 1登圣殿歌。上主带领俘虏回到熙雍，我们觉得仿佛是在梦中； | 1Unless the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it. Unless the Lord keep the city, he watcheth in vain that keepeth it. |
| 2那时，我们满口喜气盈盈，我们双唇其乐融融。那时，外邦异民都赞叹不已：上主向他们行了何等奇事！ | 2It is vain for you to rise before light, rise ye after you have sitten, you that eat the bread of sorrow. When he shall give sleep to his beloved, |
| 3上主向我们行了伟大奇蹟，我们的确也觉得满心欢喜。 | 3Behold the inheritance of the Lord are children: the reward, the fruit of the womb. |
| 4上主，求你转变我们的命运！就像乃革布有流水的浇淋。 | 4As arrows in the hand of the mighty, so the children of them that have been shaken. |
| 5那含泪播种的人，必含笑获享收成； | 5Blessed is the man that hath filled the desire with them; he shall not be confounded when he shall speak to his enemies in the gate. |
| 6他们边行边哭，出去播种耕耘，他们载欣载奔，回来背着禾捆。 | 6 |
