| 1登圣殿歌，撒罗满作。若不是上主兴工建屋，建筑的人是徒然劳苦；若不是上主在护守城堡，守城的人白白儆醒护守。 | 1Blessed are all they that fear the Lord: that walk in his ways. |
| 2你们极早起床尽属徒然，每夜坐至深更图谋打算，为了求食经过多少辛酸；惟独天主赐所爱者安眠。 | 2For thou shalt eat the labours of thy hands: blessed art thou, and it shall be well with thee. |
| 3的确子女全是上主的赐予，胎儿也全是他的报酬。 | 3Thy wife as a fruitful vine, on the sides of thy house. |
| 4年轻少壮所生的子嗣，有如勇士手中的箭矢。 | 4Behold, thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord. |
| 5装满自己箭囊的人，真有福祺，城门前与敌人争辩，不受羞耻。 | 5May the Lord bless thee out of Sion: and mayest thou see the good things of Jerusalem all the days of thy life. |
| 6 | 6And mayest thou see thy children's children, peace upon Israel. |
