| 2上主，求你拯救，因为热心者已缺少，忠诚的人在人间也已绝迹不见了。 | 2How long shall I take counsels in my soul, sorrow in my heart all the day? |
| 3人们彼此言谈虚伪，嘴唇圆滑，口是心非， | 3How long shall my enemy be exalted over me? |
| 4愿上主将一切欺诈的口唇除去。把大言不惭的舌头剪除！ | 4Consider, and hear me, O Lord my God. Enlighten my eyes that I never sleep in death: |
| 5他们扬言说：「我们以口以舌取胜；有口有唇护卫我们，谁能作我们的主人？」 | 5Lest at any time my enemy say: I have prevailed against him. They that trouble me will rejoice when I am moved: |
| 6「为了贫苦者的委屈，为了穷困者的叹息，我要立刻站起──上主说：将渴望救援的人救起。」 | 6But I have trusted in thy mercy. My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation: I will sing to the Lord, who giveth me good things: yea I will sing to the name of the Lord the most high. |
| 7上主的圣言是真诚的圣言，如同纯银经过七次的锻炼。 | 7 |
