| 1登圣殿歌。上主，我由深渊向你呼号， | 1Lord, my heart is not exalted: nor are my eyes lofty. Neither have I walked in great matters, nor in wonderful things above me. |
| 2我主，求你俯听我的呼号，求你侧耳俯听我的哀祷！ | 2If I was not humbly minded, but exalted my soul: As a child that is weaned is towards his mother, so reward in my soul. |
| 3上主，你若细察我的罪辜，我主，有谁还能站立得住？ | 3Let Israel hope in the Lord, from henceforth now and for ever. |
| 4可是，你以宽恕为怀，令人对你起敬起爱。 | 4 |
| 5我仰赖上主，我灵期待他的圣言； | 5 |
| 6我灵等候我主，切于更夫的待旦。 | 6 |
| 7请以色列仰赖上主，应切于更夫待旦，因为上主富于仁慈，他必定慷慨救援。 | 7 |
| 8他必要拯救以色列人，脱离一切所有的罪根。 | 8 |
