| 1达味圣咏，交与乐官。 | 1I have cried to the, O Lord, hear me: hearken to my voice, when I cry to thee. |
| 2上主，求你救拔我脱离凶恶的人，上主，求你保护我摆脱强暴的人！ | 2Let my prayer be directed as incense in thy sight; the lifting up of my hands, as evening sacrifice. |
| 3他们心中策划恶谋，他们终日挑拨争斗； | 3Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth: and a door round about my lips. |
| 4他们磨快自己的舌尖，有如蛇蝮，在他们的双唇的下面，含有蛇毒。（休止） | 4Incline not my heart to evil words; to make excuses in sins. With men that work iniquity: and I will not communicate with the choicest of them. |
| 5上主，求你拯救我脱离凶恶的人，上主，求你保护我摆脱强暴的人，因他们企图要我脚步滑倒。 | 5The just shall correct me in mercy, and shall reprove me: but let not the oil of the sinner fatten my head. For my prayer also shall still be against the things with which they are well pleased: |
| 6骄傲人给我暗暗设下网罗，张起绳索作为圈套，设下陷阱等我路过。（休止） | 6Their judges falling upon the rock have been swallowed up. They shall hear my words, for they have prevailed: |
| 7我求上主说：你是我的天主；上主，求你听我哀祷的苦诉！ | 7As when the thickness of the earth is broken up upon the ground: Our bones are scattered by the side of hell. |
| 8上主天主，你是我有力的救助，在作战时，请你掩护我的头颅！ | 8But o to thee, O Lord, Lord, are my eyes: in thee have I put my trust, take not away my soul. |
| 9上主，请不要顺随恶人的奢欲，上主，请不要完成他们的计谋。（休止） | 9Keep me from the snare, which they have laid for me, and from the stumblingblocks of them that work iniquity. |
| 10愿那些显露头角而围困我的人，出于他们口唇的诅咒，反归己身。 | 10The wicked shall fall in his net: I am alone until I pass. |
| 11愿火炭降落在他们的身上，将他们抛入深坑免再高昂。 | 11 |
| 12播弄是非的人，不得在世久存，灾祸会突然使强暴的人被擒。 | 12 |
| 13我确知上主必为受压迫的人伸冤，也必为贫穷的人主持正义的判断。 | 13 |
| 14义人必定将你的圣名颂赞，善人必定居住在你的面前。 | 14 |
