| 1达味作。上主，我的磐石，他应该常受颂赞！他教我的手能斗，教我的指能战。 | 1I will extol thee, O God my king: and I will bless thy name for ever; yea, for ever and ever. |
| 2他是我的力量，我的堡垒，他是我的干城，我的救主，我的盾牌及我的避难所，他使万民都来屈服于我。 | 2Every day I will bless thee: and I will praise thy name for ever; yea, for ever and ever. |
| 3上主，世人算什么，你竟眷顾他，人子算什么，你竟怀念他？ | 3Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised: and of his greatness there is no end. |
| 4世人不过像一口气，他的岁月如影消逝。 | 4Generation and generation shall praise thy works: and they shall declare thy power. |
| 5上主，求你将天低垂，亲自降凡，你一触摸群山，群山立即冒烟。 | 5They shall speak of the magnificence of the glory of thy holiness: and shall tell thy wondrous works. |
| 6求你发出闪电，将敌人驱散，求你把箭射出，使他们混乱。 | 6And they shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and shall declare thy greatness. |
| 7求你自高处伸出你的手，救拔我，求你由洪水和外人手中，拯救我！ | 7They shall publish the memory of the abundance of thy sweetness: and shall rejoice in thy justice. |
| 8他们的口舌只说虚言谎语，只是为发假誓而举起右手。 | 8The Lord is gracious and merciful: patient and plenteous in mercy. |
| 9天主，我要向你高唱新曲，我要弹十絃琴向你咏奏。 | 9The Lord is sweet to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. |
| 10是你赐给君王获得了胜利，是你拯救了你的仆人达味。 | 10Let all thy works, O lord, praise thee: and let thy saints bless thee. |
| 11求你由凶险的刀剑中救拔我，求你由外人的手掌里拯救我！他们的口舌只说虚言谎语，只是为发假誓而举起右手。 | 11They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom: and shall tell of thy power: |
| 12愿我们的儿子们，从幼就像茂盛的果树，愿我们的女儿们，像宫殿中雕刻的砥柱！ | 12To make thy might known to the sons of men: and the glory of the magnificence of thy kingdom. |
| 13愿我们仓廪里的各种食粮常满，愿我们牧场上的羊群，蕃殖亿万！ | 13Thy kingdom is a kingdom of all ages: and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations. The Lord is faithful in all his words: and holy in all his works. |
| 14愿我们的牲畜常满载重量，城墙没有缺口，也没有逃亡，我们的街市中也没有悲伤！ | 14The Lord lifteth up all that fall: and setteth up all that are cast down. |
| 15身逢这些福乐的百姓，真是有福，认上主为天主的人民，真是有福！ | 15The eyes of all hope in thee, O Lord: and thou givest them meat in due season. |
| 16 | 16Thou openest thy hand, and fillest with blessing every living creature. |
| 17 | 17The Lord is just in all his ways: and holy in all his works. |
| 18 | 18The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him: to all that call upon him in truth. |
| 19 | 19He will do the will of them that fear him: and he will hear their prayer, and save them. |
| 20 | 20The Lord keepeth all them that love him; but all the wicked he will destroy. |
| 21 | 21My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord: and let all flesh bless thy holy name for ever; yea, for ever and ever. |
