| 1亚肋路亚！我的灵魂，你要赞美上主， | 1Praise ye the Lord, because psalm is good: to our God be joyful and comely praise. |
| 2在我一生，我要赞美上主，一息尚存，我要歌颂天主。 | 2The Lord buildeth up Jerusalem: he will gather together the dispersed of Israel. |
| 3你们不要全心依赖王侯大臣，也不要依赖不能施救的世人； | 3Who healeth the broken of heart, and bindeth up their bruises. |
| 4他的气息一断，就要归于灰土，他的一切计划，立刻化为乌有。 | 4Who telleth the number of the stars: and calleth them all by their names. |
| 5凡是以雅各伯的天主为自己扶助的人，以上主天主为自己希望的，是有福的人！ | 5Great is our Lord, and great is his power: and of his wisdom there is no number. |
| 6上主创造了上天与下土，海洋和其中的所有一切。他持守信实，一直到永久。 | 6The Lord lifteth up the meek, and bringeth the wicked down even to the ground. |
| 7上主为被欺的人作辩护，上主给饥饿的人赐食物，上主使被囚的人得自由。 | 7Sing ye to the Lord with praise: sing to our God upon the harp. |
| 8上主开启瞎子的眼睛，上主使伛偻的人直身，上主爱慕那正义的人。 | 8Who covereth the heaven with clouds, and prepareth rain for the earth. Who maketh grass to grow on the mountains, and herbs for the service of men. |
| 9上主对旅客加以保护，上主支持孤儿和寡妇，上主迷惑恶人的道路。 | 9Who giveth to beasts their food: and to the young ravens that call upon him. |
| 10愿上主永永远远为君王！熙雍！你的天主万寿无疆！ | 10He shall not delight in the strength of the horse: nor take pleasure in the legs of a man. |
| 11 | 11The Lord taketh pleasure in them that fear him: and in them that hope in his mercy. |
