| 1亚肋路亚！请你们在天上赞美上主，请你们在高处赞美上主！ | 1Praise ye the Lord from the heavens: praise ye him in the high places. |
| 2他的诸位天使，请赞美他，他的一切军旅，请赞美他！ | 2Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts. |
| 3太阳和月亮，请赞美他，灿烂的诸星，请赞美他！ | 3Praise ye him, O sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars and light. |
| 4天上的诸天，请赞美他，天上的大水，请赞美他！ | 4Praise him, ye heavens of heavens: and let all the waters that are above the heavens |
| 5愿它们齐来赞美上主的名号！因为上主一命，它们立刻受造。 | 5Praise the name of the Lord. For he spoke, and they were made: he commanded, and they were created. |
| 6他确定的位置，留至永恒，他颁布的规律，永不变更。 | 6He hath established them for ever, and for ages of ages: he hath made a decree, and it shall not pass away. |
| 7请你们在地上赞美上主：海怪和海深处的众水族， | 7Praise the Lord from the earth, ye dragons, and all ye deeps: |
| 8还有电火与冰雹，白雪和云雾，以及遵行他命令的狂风暴雨。 | 8Fire, hail, snow, ice, stormy winds which fulfill his word: |
| 9山嶽和一切丘陵，果树与各种柏松， | 9Mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars: |
| 10野兽和一切畜牲，各种爬虫和鸟类， | 10Beasts and all cattle: serpents and feathered fowls: |
| 11世上的列王和万民，地上的元首与公卿， | 11Kings of the earth and all people: princes and all judges of the earth: |
| 12少年人和童贞女，老年人与儿童侣， | 12Young men and maidens: let the old with the younger, praise the name of the Lord: |
| 13请你们赞美上主的名字，因为只有他的名字高贵，他的尊严远远超越天地， | 13For his name alone is exalted. |
| 14上主使自己百姓的头角高耸，他是他自己一切圣徒的赞颂，即接近他的以色列民的光荣。 | 14The praise of him is above heaven and earth: and he hath exalted the horn of his people. A hymn to all his saints: to the children of Israel, a people approaching to him. Alleluia. |
