| 1义人，你们应向上主踊跃欢呼，因为正直的人，理应赞美上主。 | 1For David, when he changed his countenance before Achimelech, who dismissed him, and he went his way. [1 Kings 21] |
| 2你们该弹琴，称谢上主，弹奏十絃琴，赞颂上主。 | 2I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall be always in my mouth. |
| 3你们应向他高唱新歌，在欢呼声中奏琴吟哦， | 3In the Lord shall my soul be praised: let the meek hear and rejoice. |
| 4因为上主的言语是正直的，他的一切作为都是忠实的； | 4O magnify the Lord with me; and let us extol his name together. |
| 5他爱护正义和公理，他的慈爱弥漫大地。 | 5I sought the Lord, and he heard me; and he delivered me from all my troubles. |
| 6因天主的一句话，诸天造成；因上主的一口气，万象生成。 | 6Come ye to him and be enlightened: and your faces shall not be confounded. |
| 7他把海水好似聚于皮囊，他将汪洋好似贮于池塘。 | 7This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him: and saved him out of all his troubles. |
| 8愿整个大地敬畏上主，愿普世居民畏惧上主， | 8The angel of the Lord shall encamp round about them that fear him: and shall deliver them. |
| 9因为他一发言，万有造成，他一出命，各物生成。 | 9O taste, and see that the Lord is sweet: blessed is the man that hopeth in him. |
| 10上主使异邦的计划无绪，使万民的策略废去。 | 10Fear the Lord, all ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him. |
| 11上主的计划却永恒不变，他心中的谋略万世常传。 | 11The rich have wanted, and have suffered hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not be deprived of any good. |
| 12尊上主为自己天主的民族，真是有福！上主选为自己产业的百姓，真是有福！ | 12Come, children, hearken to me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord. |
| 13上主由高天监临，注视亚当的子孙； | 13Who is the man that desireth life: who loveth to see good days? |
| 14他由自己的居处，视察大地的众庶： | 14Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. |
| 15他既创造了众人的心灵，当然知晓人的一切言行。 | 15Turn away from evil and do good: seek after peace and pursue it. |
| 16帝王不是因兵多而取胜，勇士不是因力大而保命。 | 16The eyes of the Lord are upon the just: and his ears unto their prayers. |
| 17为获胜利，骏马仍是徒然，气力虽大，依旧难获安全。 | 17But the countenance of the Lord is against them that do evil things: to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. |
| 18请看，上主的眼睛常关注敬畏他的人，他的双目常眷顾靠他仁慈的人， | 18The just cried, and the Lord heard them: and delivered them out of all their troubles. |
| 19为使他们的性命，脱免死亡，使他们在饥馑时，生活如常。 | 19The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a contrite heart: and he will save the humble of spirit. |
| 20我们的灵魂仰望着上主，他是我们的保障和扶助； | 20Many are the afflictions of the just; but out of them all will the Lord deliver them. |
| 21我们的心灵要因他而喜乐欢畅，在他的圣名内寄托我们的希望。 | 21The Lord keepeth all their bones, not one of them shall be broken. |
| 22上主，求你向我们广施慈爱，有如我们对你所存的期待。 | 22The death of the wicked is very evil: and they that hate the just shall be guilty. |
| 23 | 23The Lord will redeem the souls of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall offend. |
