| 2上主，求你不要在你的震怒中责罚我，求你不要在你的气愤中惩戒我。 | 2I said: I will take heed to my ways: that I sin not with my tongue. I have set guard to my mouth, when the sinner stood against me. |
| 3因为你的箭射中了我，你的手重压了我。 | 3I was dumb, and was humbled, and kept silence from good things: and my sorrow was renewed. |
| 4因了你的盛怒，我已体无完肤；因了我的罪行，我已粉身碎骨。 | 4My heart grew hot within me: and in my meditation a fire shall flame out. |
| 5因为我的罪过高出我的头顶，好似重担把我压得过分沉重。 | 5I spoke with my tongue: O Lord, make me know my end. And what is the number of my days: that I may know what is wanting to me. |
| 6我的疮痍溃烂流脓，完全由于我的愚蒙。 | 6Behold thou hast made my days measurable: and my substance is as nothing before thee. And indeed all things are vanity: every man living. |
| 7我悲伤得身已伛偻，终日行动满怀忧愁。 | 7Surely man passeth as an image: yea, and he is disquieted in vain. He storeth up: and he knoweth not for whom he shall gather these things. |
| 8因为我的腰肢焦灼难受，我的肉体已无完肤。 | 8And now what is my hope? is it not the Lord? and my substance is with thee. |
| 9我已筋疲力尽，奄奄一息；我已心痛欲绝，嗟叹不已。 | 9Deliver thou me from all my iniquities: thou hast made me a reproach to the fool. |
| 10我主，我的呻吟常在你的面前，我的悲叹不会向你隐瞒； | 10I was dumb, and I opened not my mouth, because thou hast done it. |
| 11我的心颤栗，我的精力衰退，我眼目的光明也已经消逝。 | 11Remove thy scourges from me. The strength of thy hand hath made me faint in rebukes: |
| 12我遭难时，我的友朋都袖手旁观，我的亲人都站得很远。 | 12Thou hast corrected man for iniquity. And thou hast made his soul to waste away like a spider: surely in vain is any man disquieted. |
| 13追寻我命的人，张设网罗，设法害我的人，散布恶谟，他们要行诡计日夜思索。 | 13Hear my prayer, O Lord, and my supplication: give ear to my tears. Be not silent: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner as all my fathers were. |
| 14但我好像是一个有耳听不见的聋子，我又好像是一个有口不能言的哑吧。 | 14O forgive me, that I may be refreshed, before I go hence, and be no more. |
| 15我竟成了一个没有听觉的人，成了一个口中没有辩词的人。 | 15 |
| 16因为我惟有仰望你，上主，你必应允我，我主我天主！ | 16 |
| 17我原来说过：「不要让他们洋洋得意，不要让他们因我的失足而沾沾自喜。」 | 17 |
| 18我生来就易于失足，因此我常心怀痛苦。 | 18 |
| 19我的确承认我犯了罪愆，我为了我的过恶而忧惭。 | 19 |
| 20无故加害我的人，力强凶暴，无理憎恨我的人，成群结伙； | 20 |
| 21他们以怨报德而对待我，因我追求正义而恼恨我。 | 21 |
| 22上主，求你不要舍弃我，我主，求你不要远离我。 | 22 |
| 23我的上主，我的救助，求你速来给我护佑。 | 23 |
