| 1达味诗歌，交与乐官。 | 1Unto the end, understanding for the sons of Core. |
| 2眷顾贫穷人的人，真是有福，患难时日，他必蒙上主救助。 | 2As the hart panteth after the fountains of water; so my soul panteth after thee, O God. |
| 3上主必保护他，赐他生存，在世上蒙福，决不将他交给他的仇敌而任敌所欲。 | 3My soul hath thirsted after the strong living God; when shall I come and appear before the face of God? |
| 4他呻吟床榻，上主给他支援，他患病时，必使他转危为安。 | 4My tears have been any bread day and night, whilst it is said to me daily: Where is thy God? |
| 5我曾哀求你：「上主，求你怜悯我，」「求你治愈我，因为我得罪了你。」 | 5These things I remembered, and poured out my soul in me: for I shall go over into the place of the wonderful tabernacle, even to the house of God: With the voice of joy and praise; the noise of one feasting. |
| 6我的仇敌反而恶言辱骂我说：「他何时死，他的名字几时泯灭？」 | 6Why art thou sad, O my soul? and why dost thou trouble me? Hope in God, for I will still give praise to him: the salvation of my countenance, |
| 7前来探访我的人，只以虚言相待，其实是心怀恶意，出去便说出来。 | 7And my God. My soul is troubled within myself: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan and Hermoniim, from the little hill. |
| 8恨我的人，个个窃窃私议，咒我遭殃生疾： | 8Deep calleth on deep, at the noise of thy flood-gates. All thy heights and thy billows have passed over me. |
| 9「愿他身患恶疾！愿他一病不起！」 | 9In the daytime the Lord hath commanded his mercy; and a canticle to him in the night. With me is prayer to the God of my life. |
| 10连我素来信赖的知心友好，吃过我饭的人，也举脚踢我。 | 10I will say to God: Thou art my support. Why hast thou forgotten me? and why go I mourning, whilst my enemy afflicteth me? |
| 11上主，求你可怜我，使我病除，为使我能对他们加以复仇。 | 11Whilst my bones are broken, my enemies who trouble me have reproached me; Whilst they say to me day be day: Where is thy God? |
| 12我以此作为你真爱我的记号：就是不让我的敌人向我夸耀； | 12Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why dost thou disquiet me? Hope thou in God, for I will still give praise to him: the salvation of my countenance, and my God. |
| 13你时常保持我无灾无难，使我永远站在你的面前。 | 13 |
| 14愿上主，以色列天主，受赞颂，自永远直到永远，阿们，阿们！ | 14 |
