| 1达味诗歌，交与乐官。 | 1To the end, a psalm of David. The canticle of Jeremias and Ezechiel to the people of the captivity, when they began to go out. |
| 2天主，求你倾听我哀诉的声音，从仇敌的恐吓中保全我生命。 | 2A Hymn, O God, becometh thee in Sion: and a vow shall be paid to thee in Jerusalem. |
| 3求你掩护我远离恶人的阴险，使我脱免作奸犯科者的暴乱； | 3O hear my prayer: all flesh shall come to thee. |
| 4他们磨砺自己的舌头有如刀剑，他们吐出有毒的语言有如弓箭： | 4The words of the wicked have prevailed over us: and thou wilt pardon our transgressions. |
| 5暗地里向无辜的人击挝，肆无忌惮，突然将他刺杀。 | 5Blessed is he whom thou hast chosen and taken to thee: he shall dwell in thy courts. We shall be filled with the good things of thy house; holy is thy temple, |
| 6他们彼此激励行恶，互相商议暗布网罗；说：「看见我们的究竟是谁？ | 6Wonderful in justice. Hear us, O God our saviour, who art the hope of all the ends of the earth, and in the sea afar off. |
| 7谁能查出我们的邪思？我们已作成精密阴谋，走近的人必堕入深沟。」 | 7Thou who preparest the mountains by thy strength, being girded with power: |
| 8但是，天主必要用箭射击他们，他们必要突然身受创痕。 | 8Who troublest the depth of the sea, the noise of its waves. The Gentiles shall be troubled, |
| 9他们的舌头必使自己跌仆，凡见到他们的人都必摇头。 | 9And they that dwell in the uttermost borders shall be afraid at thy signs: thou shalt make the outgoings of the morning and of the evening to be joyful. |
| 10众人要恐惧，要传述天主的作为，他们也都要细心默思他的事迹。 | 10Thou hast visited the earth, and hast plentifully watered it; thou hast many ways enriched it. The river of God is filled with water, thou hast prepared their food: for so is its preparation. |
| 11义人必要喜乐于上主，向他投靠，心地正直的人，必要因此而欢跃。 | 11Fill up plentifully the streams thereof, multiply its fruits; it shall spring up and rejoice in its showers. |
| 12 | 12Thou shalt bless the crown of the year of thy goodness: and thy fields shall be filled with plenty. |
| 13 | 13The beautiful places of the wilderness shall grow fat: and the hills shall be girded about with joy, |
| 14 | 14The rams of the flock are clothed, and the vales shall abound with corn: they shall shout, yea they shall sing a hymn. |
