| 1达味诗歌，交与乐官。 | 1Unto the end, a canticle of a psalm of the resurrection. Shout with joy to God, all the earth, |
| 2天主，人应在熙雍山上歌咏赞美你，同时也应向你还愿，因你允我所祈。 | 2Sing ye a psalm to his name; give glory to his praise. |
| 3凡一切有血肉的人们，都因罪过，而向你投奔。 | 3Say unto God, How terrible are thy works, O Lord! in the multitude of thy strength thy enemies shall lie to thee. |
| 4我们的罪重压着我们，但你都一一赦免不存。 | 4Let all the earth adore thee, and sing to thee: let it sing a psalm to thy name. |
| 5你所选拔，而使他居留在你庭院的人，真是有福！愿我们得饱享你居所的福乐，你殿宇中的圣物！ | 5Come and see the works of God; who is terrible in his counsels over the sons of men. |
| 6天主我们的救主你常照公义以奇事来俯听我们，世人在天涯地角与海洋的远处都对你全心信任。 | 6Who turneth the sea into dry land, in the river they shall pass on foot: there shall we rejoice in him. |
| 7你以神威大能束腰，你以大力坚定山岳； | 7Who by his power ruleth for ever: his eyes behold the nations; let not them that provoke him he exalted in themselves. |
| 8你曾平息了澎湃的汪洋，咆哮的巨浪，万民的喧嚷： | 8O bless our God, ye Gentiles: and make the voice of his praise to be heard. |
| 9远居地角的人，因你的奇迹而恐慌；你使东西两极的人，都要喜气洋洋。 | 9Who hath set my soul to live: and hath not suffered my feet to be moved: |
| 10你眷顾大地，普降甘霖，使大地丰收；天主的河水洋溢，为他们准备五谷。原来这一切都是由于你安排就绪。 | 10For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us by fire, as silver is tried. |
| 11你灌溉了田畦，又犁平了土壤，使雨松软土壤，祝福植物生长。 | 11Thou hast brought us into a net, thou hast laid afflictions on our back: |
| 12你的慈惠使年岁丰收，你的脚步常滴流脂油。 | 12Thou hast set men over our heads. We have passed through fire and water, and thou hast brought us out into a refreshment. |
| 13旷野的牧场丰满外溢，漫山遍陵充满了欢喜； | 13I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows, |
| 14羊群遮蔽了牧场，山谷盖满了食粮，一切在欢呼歌唱。 | 14Which my lips have uttered, And my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble. |
| 15 | 15I will offer up to thee holocausts full of marrow, with burnt offerings of rams: I will offer to thee bullocks with goats. |
| 16 | 16Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will tell you what great things he hath done for my soul. |
| 17 | 17I cried to him with my mouth: and I extolled him with my tongue. |
| 18 | 18If I have looked at iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me. |
| 19 | 19Therefore hath God heard me, and hath attended to the voice of my supplication. |
| 20 | 20Blessed be God, who hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me. |
