| 2上主，求你不要在震怒中责罚我，不要在气愤中惩戒我。 | 2O Lord, rebuke me not in thy indignation, nor chastise me in thy wrath. |
| 3上主，我的体力衰弱，求你怜恤我；上主，我的骨骸战栗，求你医治我； | 3Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak: heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled. |
| 4我的灵魂万分痛苦，上主，何时才能结束？ | 4And my soul is troubled exceedingly: but thou, O Lord, how long? |
| 5上主，请你回来援助我，因了你的慈爱解救我。 | 5Turn to me, O Lord, and deliver my soul: O save me for thy mercy's sake. |
| 6因为，在死亡中，没有人想念你；在阴府里，还有谁称颂你？ | 6For there is no one in death, that is mindful of thee: and who shall confess to thee in hell? |
| 7我已哭泣疲惫，每天夜里，常以眼泪浸湿我的床舖，常以鼻涕流透我的被褥。 | 7I have laboured in my groanings, every night I will wash my bed: I will water my couch with my tears. |
| 8我的眼睛因忧伤而昏盲，为了仇敌众多甚感惆怅。 | 8My eye is troubled through indignation: I have grown old amongst all my enemies. |
| 9作奸犯科的人快快远离我，因为上主听见了我的悲号； | 9Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity: for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping. |
| 10上主俯允了我的哀告，上主悦纳了我的祈祷。 | 10The Lord hath heard my supplication: the Lord hath received my prayer. |
| 11我的仇敌必要受辱惊慌，转瞬之间必会含羞逃亡。 | 11Let all my enemies be ashamed, and be very much troubled: let them be turned back, and be ashamed very speedily. |
