| 1阿撒夫的诗歌。天主待正直的人多么美善，上主对心里洁净的人亦然！ | 1Understanding for Asaph. O God, why hast thou cast us off unto the end: why is thy wrath enkindled against the sheep of thy pasture? |
| 2我的脚几乎要跌跤，我的脚险些要滑倒， | 2Remember thy congregation, which thou hast possessed from the beginning. The sceptre of thy inheritance which thou hast redeemed: mount Sion in which thou hast dwelt. |
| 3因我看见恶人安宁幸福，就对骄横的人心生嫉妒。 | 3Lift up thy hands against their pride unto the end; see what things the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary. |
| 4原来他们总没有受过重创，所以他们的身体健康肥胖； | 4And they that hate thee have made their boasts, in the midst of thy solemnity. They have set up their ensigns for signs, |
| 5他们没有别人所受的忧伤，也没有常人所遭遇的灾殃。 | 5And they knew not both in the going out and on the highest top. As with axes in a wood of trees, |
| 6故此，骄傲缠绕他们相似项链，残暴遮蔽他们有如衣衫。 | 6They have cut down at once the gates thereof, with axe and hatchet they have brought it down. |
| 7他们的邪恶，出自肥胖的心田，让他们自己的恶念，肆意氾滥。 | 7They have set fire to thy sanctuary: they have defiled the dwelling place of thy name on the earth. |
| 8他们讥讽嘲弄，言恶语狂，他们欺压恐吓蛮横倔强； | 8They said in their heart, the whole kindred of them together: Let us abolish all the festival days of God from the land. |
| 9用自己的口亵渎上天，以自己的舌诋毁尘寰。 | 9Our signs we have not seen, there is now no prophet: and he will know us no more. |
| 10因此我的百姓向他们依归，满口啜饮由他们供给的水， | 10How long, O God, shall the enemy reproach: is the adversary to provoke thy name for ever? |
| 11且说：天主岂能知悉，难道至高者能理会？ | 11Why dost thou turn away thy hand: and thy right hand out of the midst of thy bosom for ever? |
| 12看，这些人为非作歹，常享平安，积存钱财， | 12But God is our king before ages: he hath wrought salvation in the midst of the earth. |
| 13的确，我白白清心寡欲，我徒然洗手表白无辜。 | 13Thou by thy strength didst make the sea firm: thou didst crush the heads of the dragons in the waters. |
| 14我时时遭受鞭击，也天天遇到责斥。 | 14Thou hast broken the heads of the dragon: thou hast given him to be meat for the people of the Ethiopians. |
| 15我若想：我说话若与他们相同，就等于放弃与你子民为同宗。 | 15Thou hast broken up the fountains and the torrents: thou hast dried up the Ethan rivers. |
| 16我愈设法了解这事，我愈觉得神妙莫测。 | 16Thine is the day, and thine is the night: thou hast made the morning light and the sun. |
| 17直到我接近天主的奥妙，直到我注意他们的结果。 | 17Thou hast made all the borders of the earth: the summer and the spring were formed by thee. |
| 18你的确将他们置于坡路，让他们滑倒于消灭之途。 | 18Remember this, the enemy hath reproached the Lord: and a foolish people hath provoked thy name. |
| 19他们瞬息之间变得如此悽凉，他们因受惊过度而从此灭亡。 | 19Deliver not up to beasts the souls that confess to thee: and forget not to the end the souls of thy poor. |
| 20上主，世人睡醒，怎样了解梦境；你醒时，也怎样看他们的幻影。 | 20Have regard to thy covenant: for they that are the obscure of the earth have been filled with dwellings of iniquity. |
| 21几时我的心灵遭受酸苦，刺痛也会进入我的肺腑。 | 21Let not the humble be turned away with confusion: the poor and needy shall praise thy name. |
| 22原来是我愚昧毫无理性，在你面前竟然好像畜牲。 | 22Arise, O God, judge thy own cause: remember thy reproaches with which the foolish man hath reproached thee all the day. |
| 23但以后，我要常与你同处，你已经握住了我的右手。 | 23Forget not the voices of thy enemies: the pride of them that hate thee ascendeth continually. |
| 24你要以你的圣训来领导我，最后引我进入你的荣耀。 | 24 |
| 25在天上除你以外，为我还能有谁？在地上除你以外，为我一无所喜。 | 25 |
| 26我的肉身和我的心灵，虽巳憔瘁；天主却永是我心的福分和磐石。 | 26 |
| 27看，远离你的人必将趋于沉沦。你必消灭一切背弃你的人民。 | 27 |
| 28亲近天主对我是多么的美好：只有上主天主是我的避难所。 | 28 |
| 29我要在熙雍女子门前，把你一切的工程宣传。 | 29 |
