| 1阿撒夫的诗歌。天主，异民侵入了你的遗产，亵渎了你的圣殿，使耶路撒冷覆颠； | 1Unto the end, for them that shall he changed, a testimony for Asaph, a psalm. |
| 2并将你众仆人的尸首，给天空的飞鸟做食物，用你圣徒的肉喂野兽。 | 2Give ear, O thou that rulest Israel: thou that leadest Joseph like a sheep. Thou that sittest upon the cherubims, shine forth |
| 3在耶路撒冷四周血如水流，但出来埋葬的人一个也无。 | 3Before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasses. Stir up thy might, and come to save us. |
| 4我们竟成为我们邻居的耻辱，作了我们四周的讥讽与玩物。 | 4Convert us, O God: and shew us thy face, and we shall be saved. |
| 5上主，你经常发怒，要到何时，你怒燄如火，要到何时？ | 5O Lord God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy servant? |
| 6求你向那不承认你的异民，及不呼号你名的列国泄愤， | 6How long wilt thou feed us with the bread of tears: and give us for our drink tears in measure? |
| 7因为他们吞并了雅各伯家族，并蹂躏了他的住处。 | 7Thou hast made us to be a contradiction to our neighbours: and our enemies have scoffed at us. |
| 8求你别向我们追讨祖先的恶行，以你的仁慈速来协助我们，因为我们实在是可怜万分。 | 8O God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved. |
| 9天主，我们的救主，为你名的光荣，协助我们，为了你的圣名，宽赦我们的罪过，拯救我们！ | 9Thou hast brought a vineyard out of Egypt: thou hast cast cut the Gentiles and planted it. |
| 10为何让异民说：「他们的天主何处去了？」愿我们在异民中能亲眼看到，你仆人流出的血，要得的酬报！ | 10Thou wast the guide of its journey in its sight: thou plantedst the roots thereof, and it filled the land. |
| 11愿囚徒的哀叹上达你面前，按你手臂的能力解放死犯！ | 11The shadow of it covered the hills: and the branches thereof the cedars of God. |
| 12天主，求你将我们四邻加给你的凌辱，向他们的胸怀里投以七倍报复！ | 12It stretched forth its branches unto the sea, and its boughs unto the river. |
| 13这样做你子民做你牧场羊群的我们，能永远称谢你，能万世宣扬你的光荣。 | 13Why hast thou broken down the hedge thereof, so that all they who pass by the way do pluck it? |
| 14 | 14The boar out of the wood hath laid it waste: and a singular wild beast hath devoured it. |
| 15 | 15Turn again, O God of hosts, look down from heaven, and see, and visit this vineyard: |
| 16 | 16And perfect the same which thy right hand hath planted: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself. |
| 17 | 17Things set on fire and dug down shall perish at the rebuke of thy countenance. |
| 18 | 18Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself. |
| 19 | 19And we depart not from thee, thou shalt quicken us: and we will call upon thy name. |
| 20 | 20O Lord God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved. |
