| 1我看见在天上又出现了一个又大又奇妙的异兆：有七位天使拿着七种最后的灾祸，因为天主的义怒就要藉着这些灾祸发泄净尽。 | 1And I saw another sign in heaven, great and wonderful: seven angels having the seven last plagues. For in them is filled up the wrath of God. |
| 2我又看见好像有个搀杂着火的玻璃海；那些战胜了兽和兽像及牠名号数字的人，站在玻璃海上，拿着天主的琴， | 2And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire, and them that had overcome the beast, and his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God: |
| 3歌唱天主的仆人梅瑟的歌曲和羔羊的歌曲说：「上主，全能的天主！你的功行伟大奇妙；万民的君王！你的道路公平正直； | 3And singing the canticle of Moses, the servant of God, and the canticle of the Lamb, saying: Great and wonderful are thy works, O Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, O King of ages. |
| 4谁敢不敬畏你？上主！谁敢不光荣你的名号？因为只有你是圣善的；万民都要前来崇拜你，因为你正义的判断，已彰明较着。」 | 4Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and magnify thy name? For thou only art holy: for all nations shall come, and shall adore in thy sight, because thy judgments are manifest. |
| 5这些事以后，我又看见天上盟约的帐幕──圣殿敞开了， | 5And after these things I looked; and behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened: |
| 6那七位拿着七种灾祸的天使，从圣殿那里出来，身穿洁白而明亮的亚麻衣，胸间佩有金带。 | 6And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed with clean and white linen, and girt about the breasts with golden girdles. |
| 7那时，四个活物中的一个，给了那七位天使七个满盛万世万代永生天主义怒的金盂。 | 7And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden vials, full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever. |
| 8因着天主的荣耀和威能，殿内充满了烟，没有一个人能进入殿内，直到那七位天使的七样灾祸降完为止。 | 8And the temple was filled with smoke from the majesty of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled. |
